Hello,
Today I'm posting an interview with the president of a very strong and important country.

neficu

First of all, how are you?

I'm doing fine, just a little bit exhausted since there is +34 degrees by celsium outside. I'm not used to temperature like this.

xD.
Why do you think you are fit to be the president of Lithuania?

I wanted to be president a while ago. I have tried 3 times and lost all elections. But thats because there always was more popular or better candidate.
But really I have played this game since day 12 and tried everything whats possible and participated or created many communities. I have been president on secura Norway, but haven't got that much experience from there since my vCP did all job and I was just to deal with foreign affairs. Then when third server started (Suna) i gathered many people and we all went to 1 country, from there I have lead them to victory and glory. Plus I was leader of alliance, so I think that covers everything what it takes to be a good president from experience side. The only thing I would need is more activity. Being a good president you need to give e-sim as much time as possible. 10-12h. per day would be perfect, but since i have a job, there is not that much time left for games :/

What are the challenges standing before you as the president of one of the top 3 biggest countries in e sim?

Biggest challenges are economy and war. Some of people would be suprised how these things are related. Good economist always follow military events to react in changes in economy. And for Lithuania, we have really strong neighbor - Poland. We are forced to work with them or agaist them since we both have valuable high region. Another important task would be getting new players and try to hold old ones. We are constantly working thowards this goal, maybe thats why we managed to stay up in top near other biggest countries. Also there is summer, thats a thing that drops activity in all countries. Motivating players is important task to keep them interested on e-sim, while there is so good weather outside.

What are your ways to motivate them and keep them in the game?

In Lithuania we have a great new players support program, where they are learning about game + getting some rewards. Also we have military unit where they can get bonus damage, work in companies for supplies. In this way they are learning to cooperate with others and participate in battles efficiently. Also me with Coma are starting new program where they could earn equipments too. There was more programs that are closed for now, but we may open them to give players bigger opportunity to start love this game like we older players do.

What are your military goals?

We are in alliance, and we want to liberate and protect them. For now thats enough

How are you planning to do that when some of them are under PTO from stronger countries than yourself, and bigger alliances?

Problem like this should be dealt with our alliance together. Strategies my friend.

What about the community in Lithuania? Is it a supportive community? What do you think needs improvement?

We need new active faces to boost everyone up. E-sim is suffering from populiation and activity drop, Lithuania is no exception. I think our community is great. Ofc we all have pluses and minuses, but we can't ask for perfect world. And the only thing that needs biggest improvements is game itself. You should have already noticed that there is many things that people are not satisfied. I'm not talking about merging servers to improove activity or something like that. I'm talking about polytical module, economical improovements, fixing old known problems etc.

Every person thinks his country is the best, what makes you think that about Lithuania? Will you ever leave it for a different country?

No matter what happens, I will stay on Lithuania as long as I will play. There is community that I already used with, made some friends. Leaving would mean new start, building everything from a scratch. But I don't have time and energy to do so. And I never said that my country is the best, but I'ts my country and I love it how it is

Do you think that e sim helps you personally, to find friends, practice new ideas and etc' or just as a game you play for your entertainment?

Entertainment died long time ago. Now its just for experience, friends and practice.

Is your work somehow connected to politics or economy? Does your real life work help you here?

Im working at construction site, building underground systems like water supplie, sewerage, rainwater etc. But im looking forward to studdy something related to polytics. Haven't decided yet tho...

Good luck with that! I hope it works out

Thank you

Now I got to ask you a question that is very important to me.

...

Apple VS android VS windows phone?

Obviously android for its flexibility

Thank you!

You're welcome

As you might know, outside of e sim Israel and Lithuania have a very bad relationship. What do you have to say about that?

I was not aware about that. I have talked with many Israel people and no one have pointed that up. You might have in mind our past relations. And I personally think that now things are not that terrible as you might think it is.

I am quite sure it's bad, in the 19th of July you guys eliminated Israel's youth team from the European championship up to 20, and left us to take 7th place while you took 5th place, what is your response for this vicious attack against Israel? (81-75)

If you are talking about sport, then im not into it...

No type of sport?

sometimes i watch euroleague
but usually just finals

Who do you support?

My country ofc, but i like to watch how others perform too

Back to e-sim, how did you discover e sim at such an early stage (day 12)?

I was invited by some one on other web browser based game

And was it hard to understand the game back then? With a small new community and no missions to help you off?

I was really hard, It took 2 days for me to learn how to work and 5 days how to fight and I give loan to one person, who after 1 and a half year gived back my money. But since there was many players from other game like this + turkish people helped to establish our country, I joined army, started to communicate, learn, explore and most importantly enjoy this game.

Do you have a message to the admins? Anything you think needs improvement?

They have already recieved many messages from me and other players. They should communicate more with players. And what they should focus is to keep players interested into game. I mean not just new players, but old players too. Fixing bugs and old problems would be a good start to rise quality of game in players eyes.

And finally, what do you wish for Lithuania in the future?

I wish that Lithuania to stay united and becames more active, even if we won't be hugde on map, we would be hudge with our community.

Thank you very much for this interview!

It was my pleasure! I wish for you to become best redactor on e-sim!

Thank you!

Please stay put for more interviews in the next couple of days.

Please help me with your vote and sub

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
