Buongiorno a tutti,
La Stratton Oakmont S.P.A. è una Stock Company che vuole proporre un investimento che vada oltre al rischioso trading, offrendo un ritorno economico settimanale tramite un progetto vincente e duraturo; essa opererà soprattutto nel territorio italiano, inizialmente con la vendità di iron per poi svariare in altri campi, cercando anche accordi con altre società o MU.
Analizziamo ora le basi della Stock Company:
Come si vede dall’immagine il valore stimato è di 200Gold in quanto la la Stratton Oakmon possiede:
-un’azienda di Iron Q3 situata in Toscana
-42Gold e 190ITL in "cassa"
Il primo obbiettivo a breve termine che ci imponiamo è quello di portare l’azienda a Q4 per cercare di competere con le altre aziende Italiane di Iron; questo upgrade come molti sanno porterà ad un incremento della produzione del 20% con le corrispettive entrate.Esso, sopratutto in questa situazione che vede i stipendi nel Bel Paese molto alti, è ritenuto il primo passo fondamentale per la crescità della società.
Saranno quindi 2 i semplici step che porteranno al raggiungimento di questo obbiettivo:
-Le azioni verranno divese e il loro numero passerà da 50 a 100 in modo da diminuire il valore delle stesse per renderle più accessibili a chi vuole comprare
-Verranno messe in vendita 30 azioni al prezzo di 2,05Gold (i 0,05Gold servono per coprire la tassa di emissione) l’una per raccoglie i fondi neccessari all’upgrade
ATTENZIONE!! Devo aggiungere che finchè non verranno comprate tutte le quote messe in ventida non verrà pagato nessun dividendo.
Semplicemente per i Dividendi; Infatti la volontà dell’azienda è quella dividere settimanalmente i guadagni della società.Molti si chiederanno: ma quanti sono questi dividendi? Bene facciamo due conti
Attualmente il guadagno netto è di circa 3Gold al giorno, cioè 21Gold a settimana, diviso il numero di azioni sono un po’ meno di 0,2Gold di dividendi a settimana..
Un po’ pocchetti direte voi
.. Be’ vi sfido a trovare nella vita reale un’investimento che vi dia il 10% SETTIMANALMENTE!!.Ma, Ahimè, devo ammettere che in e-sim molto probabilmente questo non basta
, non preoccupatevi vi sono ampi margini di miglioramento che potranno non fare altro che aumentare questa percentuale

Ma come fa la Stratton Oakmont a comprare nuove aziende se tutti i guadagni vengono utilizzati per pagare i dividendi? Agiremo così: quando tutti i nuovi investitori avranno recuperato i Gold investiti una parte del guadagno settimanale ( che verrà deciso di comune accordo attraverso dei sondaggi fatti tramite questo giornale ) resterà a nelle casse della Stock Company e verranno messe nuove azioni in vendita ( anche la quantità e il prezzo di queste verrà deciso dalla maggioranza ).
Per ultima cosa volevo dire che se c’è qualcuno interessato a collaborare o partecipare più attivamente alla gestione, io sono alla ricerca di persone serie che mi aiutino a far diventare grande questa società.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
