Hello Norway and thank you for letting me and
Nenne into your country. Before explaining what Norwegian Newbieboost is we would like to introduce ourselves. If you do not want to read this, feel free to skip to the end of the article.
Nenne is a old player who mainly has been playing for Sweden, he has been living in Norway for several years. Nenne together with 
dotoid , 
Greven1 , 
xzon , 
coolasfcuk and 
Plesen1 decided early on to help get Norway started, but Nenne had one condition. That Norway would be for IRL Norwegians and not be a PTO Sweway. Norway at the time was under threats of being politically occupied (PTOd) by Lithuania, so Nenne and the others decided to become Norwegians and help Norway stay Norwegian. They took control of the money market, they started a newbie food program and they started piling up gold for Norway.
Nenne became the first president of Norway during this first month but Norwegians started taking seats in the congress. The first Norwegians depended rather heavily on their foreign advisors but they also started to take control of the administration and did indeed in the summer of 2012 succeed quite spectacularly in the economic realm of the game. 
BerraBrakis became minister of finance and under his guidance Norway became the first real tax free zone in the game. Nenne decided that Norway was in capable hands and left Norway to once again become Swedish.
Pursche01 is a slightly newer but still oldtime E-sim player from Sweden, I have been President, Minister of Defence, Military Commander amongst other roles, but the most fun role I have ever had was Minister of Newbies which allowed me to work on projects for helping out Swedens newer players and guiding them into the game.
Although we are Swedes we have never wanted anything but to see a strong and independent Norway ruled by Norwegians, it has been our goal from the start and we have never strayed from the path.
This leads us to why we are here, our goal is to see a Norway ruled by Norwegians again (no offence
Cimii ) and aim to train and support 
NorwegianRaccoon all the way there since he’s the most promising candidate for the past 6 months.

We believe that the most important job for sitting presidents are to get new players into the game and then get them to stay. Our mission here is to offload the work of guiding the players into the game and increasing their likelyhood of staying in the game from the President. This is why we took initiative to create Project Norwegian Newbieboost.
The next step would be to get the congress to vote for a BB fundraiser.
Goal:
To ease Norwegian players into the game, help them understand the mechanics and get them to stay.
Description:
Norwegian players under 1200 strength are going to be able to ask for a handout of 10 Q5 food every day until they get above 1200 strength or have taken 20 handouts. While handing this out we will be pushing the new players into connecting to #newcomers.norway on Rizon where they are free to ask questions and get advice on all E-sim matters. This will also help them ease into the playstyle that the social aspects of the game happens on IRC.

- Be Norwegian.
- Be under 1200 strength.
- Ask one of our suppliers in this channel for the food, if nobody answers you are free to leave a message and we’ll get you the food when we can.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
