This is the first 24 hours of me being in charge, so I decided to make a report of some studies I promised to make.
First of all I noticed that the company competition on the job market was partly triggered by the state owned job offers, and as a result the next economic skill wages have gone up:
ES 7 went up 2.2 VND
ES 6 went up 4 VND since yesterday
ES 5 went up only 0.5 VND
ES 3 went up 2 VND
This should have a positive effect on the treasury and of course a positive effect on the workers budget.
Vietnam state companies report
-Pays were put to their real standings in coordination with the job market. This is due to vary every day, because the job market dictates the wages.
-All in all 225 VND is needed daily for wages in the state owned companies.
-100 Q5 gifts are produced daily for now, which makes up for the wages in all state companies and produces the profit.
-We have a stable stock of 13 000 diamonds, which are used to produce the gifts, but if we need fast cash, a portion of it can be sold for a quick injection.
-Iron production restarted in our company in Silesia, 200 PLN were bought for this reason. I hope for the best.
-The company names were changed in order to represent the state of Vietnam.
Vietnam product market study
Gifts:
-Work is being made on stabilizing the Q5 gift price, and the Ministry will emerge victorious.
-The ministry can make up for a low number of cheaper Q5 gifts on the product market.
-Our product market lacks sufficient quantities of Q1 gifts, and the price of Q3 gifts should stabilize.
Bread
-Q5 bread can be found in sufficient quantities, and the price is stable.
-Q1 and Q3 bread lacks in sufficient quantities and that should be one of the priorities.
Weapons
-Q1 weapon stock on the product market is satisfying.
-Q3 weapons are very costly in comparison to Q5
Raw materials
-Grain is very expensive, and most of it is actually put in quantities of 100 because of missions, so there is no real production. That should change soon as Vietnam is renting a high grain region.
-Iron has a stable affordable price, and there are sufficient quantities on the market, regarding the needs of Vietnam's weapon production.
-Diamonds finally have a stable price on the market, but there are low quantities, which is not logical, being that the core high region of Vietnam is high diamonds. The ministry will make a strategy in regards to this issue.
Vietnam lost it's high iron region, but the effects of that loss are not felt because the region was not long in Vietnam's hands in the first place, and because the region is underdeveloped.
The Ministry will follow the product and job market, intend to bring profit to the country and open new possibilities on the market in coordination with relevant diplomatic and military personnel.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
