Menurut Zarkasy, Dinas Pendidikan dan Badan Standarisasi Pendidikan Nasional (BSNP) sempat kesulitan mencocokkan naskah soal UN yang beredar dan ditawarkan pada siswa dengan yang aslinya karena tidak ada yang berani membongkar soal. "Kita bingung, ini asli atau tidak. Kita enggak bisa buka. BSNP juga enggak berani buka," katanya.
Lalu, Ombudsman turun tangan membuka naskah soal UN yang sudah diujikan pada hari pertama untuk mencocokkannya. Naskah soal UN yang dicocokkan itu terdiri atas 20 set variasi bahasa Indonesia. "Hasilnya, tidak ada satu pun soal yang sama," ujarnya.
Naskah soal UN yang beredar dan ditawarkan pada siswa tak hanya satu pelajaran. Naskah soal yang diduga bocor itu diperolehnya dari berbagai sumber, salah satunya dari pengaduan orang tua siswa. Dia sempat menunjukkan salah satu lembaran soal itu pada bagian halaman mukanya yang mirip dengan halaman pertama naskah soal asli.
Dinas Pendidikan mengumpulkan seluruh pengaduan atas dugaan kebocoran naskah soal UN. "Salah satu yang melopor adalah orang tua salah satu siswa yang ditawari bocoran soal UN lewat e-mail," katanya.
Dia menduga pelaku penawaran naskah soal UN palsu itu terorganisasi. Karena itu, pihaknya melaporkan kasus itu ke kepolisian. "Bisa sindikat, kuat, terorganisasi, karena dia punya kaki tangan di setiap sekolah," ucap Zarkasy.
Asisten Ombdusman Perwakilan Jawa Barat, Harris Ramadhani, menyatakan naskah soal ujian palsu itu berbeda dengan yang asli. Salah satunya adalah naskah soal ujian mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, sisanya hanya foto cover depan naskah ujian mata pelajaran lainnya. "Saat dibandingkan dengan 20 set variasi soal bahasa Indonesia yang asli setelah ujian mata pelajaran itu beres, tidak ada satu pun soal yang sama," katanya.
Ombdusman Jawa Barat menerima pengaduan tersebut dari orang tua siswa. Namun dia menolak identitas pelapor. "Modus peredaran naskah soal ujian palsu itu terhitung baru, sebab sebelumnya hanya kunci jawaban yang beredar," kata Harris.

Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
