Dear players,
I have some important news for you. I’m standing down from GOA position. It was an unforgettable time while I had the ability to work with the Staff team. I appreciate it. Also, I know not every person out there in the game likes me, but it’s ok. I am sure I have made some of the people happy, and it’s alright for me.
I always wanted to help e-Sim grow and become a game that I would be proud to tell someone I’m in. One of the main reasons I joined staff was not to punish people (while most of the time all we do is that) but to have an impact on things that are happening around. I was hoping to make a difference. Well, I couldn’t do as much as I hoped.
As we all know, there are flaws and bugs in this game that needs fixing. The pity thing is - I’m not able to fix them the way I wanted to, or be in the process of fixing them. I hope that people who will take my spot will be able to make more than I could.
I want to say big thank you for people who helped me:
Admin a.k.a. railman - Thank you for letting me do this job. I hope I did as you wanted me to do.
essex - Even though you have your way of doing things, I am very glad I had you in my team. Most of the people don’t even know how much work you put into this job and how hard it would be to change you. I hope that you will keep going with being SGO. You deserve this spot more than anyone I know does.
MatthijsM - I hope you will do well in your new position 
It was a pleasure to be working with you. Thank you for all the help you have given me.
djetc - You're a hard worker. I wish you all the best. Get back on your feet soon.
Wayne Kerr - Be sure to keep the image of yourself a high as it's possible for you. It was fun to be working with you. 
Untanelis - Just keep up the good work, we will still meet quite often 
el_cid - our newest team member. I'm sorry I'm leaving so soon, I bet you will be a great member of the team
And kMeel - You're doing a very hard job. I think, you have too much on your shoulders. I wish you to make it work out well. It was a pleasure to meet you.
I will be changed on monday, I'm sure the new GOA's will present themselves, so I won't spoil the intrigue. They will continue with what I have started and all the issues from monday should be forwarded to them.
This year in my life was very important one. I had to learn a lot and I did. This opportunity has helped me to grow inside. I'm quite a different person now, than I was before. Overall I'm very happy with what I experienced, and now it's time for me to open a new page in my life.
For the ones who care - don't worry, I'm still going to be here. At least for some time. I am sure a lot of us will meet in other circumstances, and I'm looking forward to it.
P.S. I know I have promised to bring back the avatars. Problem is - most of them are gone. I will contact the people who filled the form personally and I will tell you what there is that I can do.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
