If you have submitted your candidature for office please pay attention to the following information.
1. Elections are help over a 24hour period. Don't snap if no one has voted for you only an hour or two after elections commence.
2. Please limit your shouts tomorrow. The media will be crowded and I understand you want to get your message across but no one like spam.
3. Elections are won first on votes. If there is a tie the victory goes to the player with the highest XP. These are the game rules. I have seen many elections were 10 people get one vote but only 3-4 actually get into congress. If your XP is low you should try to get two or more votes to have a shot.
4. With our current population and as of this writing there are actually only 12 people who can legally vote (must be lvl 7 or higher) If you are lvl 6 I would do whatever it takes to get lvl 7 and be in the country as this will help you chances. Those who can't make lvl 7 remember rule number 3 and try to get your xp higher anyway.
5. If you get elected congratulations! If not don't be butt-hurt. There is still lots to do to make Ireland strong and the political landscape will change in 30 days.
6. Those who get elected please DON'T USE PROPOSALS. VOTE ON PROPOSALS or USE CITIZENSHIP PASSES! I mean it! I hate to shout but those votes and passes will be critical. If you Violate this Rule we will kick you out of the party and never let you run for office again! J/K but knida serious...read on
7. Proper Voting and Proposal procedures. All voting proposals first have to be discussed on the FORUM . We will develop the proper discussion/voting periods soon. If someone proposes a law in-game without discussion we ask that you vote no to show that we have a strong desire all the aspects and ramifications of the proposed law...24 hours is usually not enough.
8. Citizenship Passes. This is the one I am mot serious about. Anyone can apply to be a citizen of our nation. Most are here for fun or economic opportunities and we welcome them as part of the community. Yet there are many individuals, organizations and nations who might also want to become a citizen and attempt to takeover the Government. For those who don't know this is called and Political Take Over or PTO. PTO's happen when congressmen give away citizenship without approval the end result may be invasion or the total loss of out nation. I have never seen a PTO that did not start with an irresponsible Congressman. I promise you if you are the Congressman who gives a PTO'er citizenship YOU WILL NEVER RUN FOR OFFICE AGAIN! At least not while I am playing the game. This one I am serious about.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
