Dengan adanya pertumbuhan penduduk sebenarnya dapat menjadi potensial dalam kegiatan produksi. dengan pendidikan dan pelatih yang memadai akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang terlatih dan terampil yang dapat menjadi promoter dalam perkembangan ekonomi. · Menurunkan biaya produksi dan meningkatkan produktivitas
· Meningkatkan barang dan jasa yang diakibatkan penemuan barang-barang baru
· Terciptanya barang yang lebih berkualitas tanpa meningkatkan biaya produksi
4. Sistem sosial dan sifat masyarakat
System sosial dan masyarakat memegang peran yang penting dalam pertubuhan ekonomi. Hasil identifikasi mengatakan bahwa di Negara-negara berkembang menunjukan system sosial dan masyarakat dapat menjadi penghambat yang memperlambat dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi.dengan adanya adat istiadat yang kental dari masayarakat tradisional berupa upacara untuk kegiatan dianggap memperlambat proses pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Antara Negara berkembang dan Negara maju memiliki perbedaan yang segnifikan, kalau Negara maju, merekan langsung berjalan menuju era yang lebih modern agar dalam segala pemerintahan dan aturannya. Oleh karna itu untuk bisa meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada suatu Negara dapat kita lakukan dengan berbagai perbaikan-perbaikan disegalm bidang yang dianggap sangat mempengaruhi dari pertumbuhan ekonomi dan bersedia mengeluarkan berbagai macam kebiajakan untuk dapat bertumbuhnya ekonomi.
