我就简单说几点吧
1，这垃圾手头有大把小号，数量至少20以上，而且垃圾挨踢民工别的不行，租个服务器开设几个IP之类应该可以搞定。
2，这货做过GO，知道如何规避风险，但这么多小号时间久了还是会有大量的资金，怎么搞过来？通过股票公司洗钱。
3，太简单直接的洗钱被砍的例子很多，所以这货一开始先开了个A公司，并且注资并发行股票，但突然发现股票虽然比市场价高地卖给了其他人（比如2G成本卖3G），但一到分红的时候，这些钱分出去其实也没赚多少，虽然看起来挺干净。于是又开了B公司。
4，B初期是独资，丢完厂升值分割股票完毕把B厂卖回A厂然后分红给自己，相当于是个半空壳子，然后少数股票半卖半送给熟人作为假象托市，后面的你懂的。
5，再就是洗钱了，小号的钱怎么变白？当然是一次一次所谓的分红咯。
6，什么？你说分红的话是按照比例来计算的？哦没错，不过原始比例早就分割掉了，你现在拿到手的比例本身就是畸形的。
一个简单的算术题，无聊有2个蛋，它把1个放着1个卖，并宣称它的蛋很好吃，于是大家都来买它的蛋，可这么多人不够分怎么办，于是无聊就把它的蛋敲碎加水卖给大家。可渐渐地那个敲碎加水的蛋也卖光了，于是无聊就偷偷地把另一个蛋卖给小无聊们，然后拍拍屁股，深藏功与名去了。
那些买了蛋的人发现这蛋越来越稀最后变成水了，于是找无聊问，喂无聊，你的蛋呢？
请问，阉人无聊还有几个蛋？
hwt2click 则分析了其实际圈钱的步骤之一：
首先，创立一家公司，自己向里投了4300块钱，自己分了4300股（这里过程说的可能不太准确，但结果是这样）。然后，把钱自己全分了。然后自己有4300股，一分不值（反正不到5块钱，每股0.001，真的一分不值）。
然后，开始卖股票，2金一股，自己也装模作样买了好多股（事实上，是700股，1400金，之后又买了）。经过不停在国频打广告，卖了3800股，卖了7600块钱。
所以公司现在有8100股，值7000块钱。
所以呢，大股东一分没花，自己分了4300股，然后又花了6200块，买了3100股，一共7400股；所以每股花了8毛钱。你们则用2金一股的价格，买了大约700股，花了大约1400块钱。（这不合适吧。。。）
所以你们买股票要2块，人家买只要8毛。
所以你们花自己的钱，帮人家把股票提到8毛4分钱。

下面开始我的发言：
1、我初入E-SIM，出于对股市的好奇，以及对
wuliaodjq 清华学子身份的信任，购入了晋商天下200股，成为了其当时的第二大股东。购入前wuliao有问必答，对公司美好的未来大肆进行展望。 购入一周后恰逢春节期间，作为股市新人自然渴望可以收到分红，就在晋商天下股东群内询问何时分红，在几天得不到回应后也@ 了wuliao并私密他，均未得到回应。若干天后，wuliao在群里说我问分红烦死了，号称他在老家电脑很卡，所以不能回复我。但我看到的却是他天天网页和QQ都在线，在游戏里又是喊话，又是议员投票的。私以为这些操作比回复一下简单很多。心里有些别扭，但还觉得或许真的只是电脑在回复我的时候就卡？
2、后来发现wuliao在除了分红的所有操作中，都是用他超过半数的股份直接投票同意。唯独在分红的时候不投票。其解释为“希望听听大家的意见，不想搞一言堂。”着实让我更加别扭了。
3、因此我决定多关注一下wuliao及其公司的动向，才发现了后来的一些问题。
4、wuliao在为晋商天下拉人的时候，喊得是股价升值了多少多少，冲击5g。但是随着我对游戏的了解，我才发现股价多少完全是wuliao自己定的，股票的估价其实基本没有变化。也就是说他发行每股100G的股票，只要有人买，那数线图上就可以很好看，就可以宣称股票已经从3G涨到100G啦，喜大普奔！上当的都是新人啊。
5、wuliao在为晋商天下拉人的时候，也宣称要建30个Q5厂。不过后来的实际情况是由于晋商天下坑不到钱了（？），他又去创建了太原钢铁（分红自己，大肆圈钱，huwentao已经算过这个了）。随后他将若干个晋商天下的厂子左手转右手给了太原钢铁。 不知道以后还会继续转到哪里。
6、后来大量人站出来拆穿wuliao, wuliao开始每天shout公司的总股份数量和总值，试图让大家看到股票估价的上涨，后来效果不明显，不了了之。更何况他同时决定暂时不分红，一直不分红，那估价自然会上涨一点点。
7、wuliao随后又说“将把自己的分红金额的50%，赠送给前十的友善的股东朋友和管理人员。”大家算算5500股*3.1g股价*1.5%的周利率*(12/7)天=438.43G的预计分红，让不少人一阵欢喜。结果分红“高达”100G，多么大方的上市公司啊~ 同时，wuliao也只用拿出25g兑现他的承诺。wuliao对此的解释是晋商招不到人，效益不佳，太原钢铁分红比较多。大家想想也知道，晋商已经圈不到多少钱了，自然是卖厂给太原，然后不管晋商这个烂摊子了。否则同样的管理团队，招的人都死活不来晋商的厂子？
8、wuliao随后说他计划给晋商天下前十大股东中友善的8个人每人发2g。除去他自己，另一个排除在外的人正好是区区在下。我一个被大家戏称为壕的人，自是不在乎他这2G。没有我也是意料之中，wuliao除了在我投资200股的时候和我拆穿他太原钢铁手段的时候单独回应过我，其它时候一概是不理我的。不过我对另一个公司的“不友善”，和这个公司也有联系吗？
当然还有9、10……时间原因以后再说吧。

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
