1. My friend, one of the esim player, who now is a double-clicker only, violated some rules some time before and was given a fine in debt by this GO,
2. Yesterday, this GO modified the password and email of my friend's account, to withdraw 1K+ gold from his MU to pay the fine.
3. If you still remember the case about one of the eChina elite MU been stolen, it's the same GO that has transferred the MU leadership to an Israel player without the permission from most of the MU members.(In game even the impeachment need to be voted PASS with certain support congress members. In this case, the GO just followed the words of ONE Israel player)
4. Now I am not familiar with Poland RL laws on stealing other's properties. In esim, the rule is that personal debt can only be paid by personal treasures. Hacking player's account to pay his debt with money from one's MU, is not logical.
According to China's RL laws, stealing 1K~3K Chinese CNY, is sufficient to be charged and sued in court. Based on the exchange rate of CNY&GOLD in esim, 1000G is enough to put this GO to court.
5. Thus I request an explanation form the esim team about this GO "stealing" behaviors.（Rules in game that are against RL laws are illegal.）thank you
今天 我和我的朋友们聊天中得知一个GO的做法 让我们感到很费解，我查阅了E-SIM的相关游戏规则。并没有让我得出这个GO所作所为的法律依据。首先我来叙述下这个GO是如何做的：
1、一名ESIM的游戏玩家9K曾经可能因违反协议被这个GO罚款，现在他只是一个双击玩家；
2、昨天 这个GO 修改9K的密码 邮箱 从军团取出一千几百G 缴纳这个可能存在的罚款，
3、同样的，你们如果还记得中国某精英团事件的话，这个GO也是那个我们不知道按照什么原则没经过大部分某精英团团员同意就将某精英团团长移交给以色列人的那个GO（在游戏里就算弹劾总统也需要超过一定的投票才能确定通过，我不知道为什么这个GO只听一个以色列人的片面之词就这么轻易的把某中国精英团团长移交给他了）
4、我不知道波兰的刑法典对盗窃罪是怎么规定的,而且游戏里对于个人债务是只能通过个人的资产来进行偿还,用团队的资产来偿还个人债务这种行为真的可取吗?按照中国现在的刑法规定：盗窃1千人民币-3千人民币是构成盗窃罪的量刑标准的，按照ESIM里G和CNY的换算比例1000G完全达到这个要求，
5、我希望ESIM的管理团队能对这个"盗窃"事件给出一个答案。（与法律相违背的游戏规则应当是非法的）

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
