If anyone of you would have observed the team tournament keenly then one would be astonished on the fact that Belarus has as low as 42 citizens which means it the 3rd least populous country of Primera. Given this, 22 people participated in the congress elections of the country, an achievement in itself, as that not only shows the activity of the citizens on the server but the amount of dedication that it has put across the game. With such a small number one cannot underestimate the strength of the nation and thus one cannot underestimate the importance of the congress elections across the country.

Despite the fact that there are 42 citizens in the country, there are five active parties in the country out of six. This is an alarmingly high number and therefore gives a perception of a weak structure of internal politics within the country. As an outsider, my only guesses are that either the country has too much FOREIGN Interference, as case with many other countries; or maybe there are too many ideological differences across the citizens of Belarus. However, Outsider interference seems to be the likely reason.

The five active parties of the country are listed below, these are:

1. Co ja pacze
2. Партия волных колхозников
3. Ancient Tree Order
4. Адзінства
5. Laissez Faire

Overall, our analysis showed that Co ja Pacze won the elections by grabbing 9 seats with 12 votes while the 2 candiates who lost the election received no vote which would have been due to the fact that they would have sacrificed their vote in order to ensure another seat for their parties (Партия волных колхозников AND Ancient Tree Order respectively). Let us look at each party in detail to understand the dynamics of the elections across the country.

Co ja pacze
Candidates Won ------------------ 9 (12 Votes)
Candidates lost -------------------- 0 (0 Vote)
Total Votes -------------------------- 12 Votes
A party of 13 members, whose all nine candidates won their respective seats to achieve the highest number of seats in the congress elections, is also the largest party of the country. Given the strength of the party, it was evident that the party will achieve the maximum number of seats with 12 votes. However, had another member been active then there would have been a sure simple majority of 50% seats. However, the party does not need to worry, with 13 members I am sure they can also pull in for the presidential elections.

Партия волных колхозников
Candidates Won ------------------ 4 (6 Votes)
Candidates lost -------------------- 1 (0 Vote)
Total Votes -------------------------- 6 Votes
It must be noteworthy to mention that there hasn’t been any election as good as this country has whose every party seems to be best at coordination. May be due to few citizens and parties with few members, coordination hasn’t been any issue as compared to those countries whose parties are as large as 20+ members. The party is also the 3rd strongest but 2nd largest party of the country with 8 members. Had the party would have been 100% active, there sure would have been all 5 seats for the party. The party also encompasses the strongest player of Belarus and one of the most respectable player of the e-sim H20.

Ancient Tree Order
Candidates Won ------------------ 4 (6 Votes)
Candidates lost -------------------- 1 (0 Vote)
Total Votes -------------------------- 6 Votes
Although the party is one member less from the party discussed before i.e. it has 7 members, yet it also secured 6 votes to equalize the number of seats with the 2nd largest party. It shall also be noted that the party is also marginally stronger than Партия волных колхозников and thus becomes the 2nd strongest party of the country. Once again, good coordination was the noteworthy point across the party, which can be seen to be a consistent trend in all parties of the Belarus.

Адзінства
Candidates Won ------------------ 2 (3 Votes)
Candidates lost -------------------- 0 (0 Vote)
Total Votes -------------------------- 3 Votes
With only 3 members and thus 3 votes only, the party can be said to be the most active party in term of the percentage of active members. Yet its small base leaves it to be the weakest of all parties. However, once again a good coordination effort won them much seats than expected. Laissez Faire which is much stronger in terms of strength as well as members was comprehensively beaten (at least if we compare the last two). The party shall also consider merging with Laissez Faire, thus making a win-win situation for both the parties.

Laissez Faire
Candidates Won ------------------ 1 (1 Votes)
Candidates lost -------------------- 0 (0 Vote)
Total Votes -------------------------- 1 Votes
With only 1 vote, and thus one active member, dissolution of the party seems to be the most appropriate step for the party. The party has 4 members, all of whom except one seems to be dormant and therefore it is advised for the betterment of the party to dissolve it by merger or by any other appropriate manner. The party seriously needs to consider its direction, if it is to make any appropriate impact on the country politics. This can be done by either attracting more members which are active or going with our last opinion of merger.

To summarize, the parties of the Belarus have been the best at coordination, however with few citizens, the number of parties needs to go down. It is well above average to have a party on every 7th to 8th citizen, while world average is around 15 to 17. That said, I see two scenarios, i.e. either 3 parties in the future to represent the country or more citizens to join the game to boost the inactive parties.

Regards, and best of Luck to Belarus and All it Parties.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
