In this game every medal is worth 5 GOLDS. And a new player can have a Battle Hero(BH) medal on the Practice Battle.
I'm writing this article for the Newbies for a Guaranteed BH on Practice Battle. During my time as a Newbie I was not able to research much about the Game as a result I have not maximize the opportunities of the game. As I carefully watch other newbies ranking BH medal on Practice Battle (PB) I have seen a pattern wherein a Newbie is Guaranteed 2 BH medal if they will be disciplined enough to follow it.
1. Train and Work for 7 consecutive days without doing a mission.
All players are only allowed to participate in the PB until they reached 300 experience or until reaching Level 8.
Why train and work only?
By training and working only for SEVEN days the prayer will accumulate STRENGTH and MONEY needed for BH hunting. Don't worry about the missions co'z by the time you have reached level 8 most of them has already been accomplished. By training and working only you are temporarily blocking experience you'll gain on mission thus staying longer at low level, co'z if you opt to do all the mission in a day you are already at level 6.
By prolonging your stay at lower levels you will GAIN strength and money which will be at your advantage in gaining a BH on PB.
2. USE YOUR MONEY WISELY
Slowly stack up your Q5 food supply up to 20. Your Q5 gifts to 10 and your Q1 weapons to 50+. Before working everyday check the Job Market if other companies are giving higher salary than your current company so that you can accumulate money at the maximum possible way everyday and slowly buy food, gift and weapons.
WHY 20 Q5 FOODS? Yes you only have 10 food limit but if you return the motivation package you have receive to other new players then you can accumulate additional food limit and by the time you are ready to fight you might have already accumulated 20 food limit.
3. BE A CLUTCH FIGHTER
After seven days of working and training you are ready to fight but if you haven't hoarded yet all your supplies then extend working and training only even up to 10 days. At PB study the current top attackers/defender their level, strength, and how old is the player. By this time you are at level 6.
If a player who is currently being the top attacker/defender has already reached level 8 then he is no longer allowed to dump further damage in PB, estimate if you can dump more damage than what he has dump, by this time you have 1k damage average with Q1 weapon.
If by your estimate you can catch up with the current top attacker/defender dump 10 hits with Q1 weapons then do mission until you get the REWARD of PREMIUM ACCOUNT. Why premium account? co'z it gives you 50% additional strength thus giving you more damage.
Slowly inch closer to the top attacker/defender then wait for T-2( last 2 minutes of a round) then dump further damage to claim the top position and watch other attacker they may also are BH hunters like you, but don't worry co'z you have many supplies so u can fight to the last supply you have.
If you are awarded BH you'll have 5G + 5G co'z by now you are inching at level 7 or already at level seven, with this additional 5G or 10G you can buy more supplies for your second BH. And if you are cleaver you might as well have 4BH before reaching level it. Check one of my invites

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
