答：中方对南苏丹国内发生冲突并造成大量人员伤亡表示关切。作为南苏丹的友好国家，我们真诚希望南苏丹有关各方能够通过和平方式解决分歧，尽快恢复国内的和平与稳定。
南苏丹首都朱巴发生局部军事冲突以来，中国外交部和中国驻南使馆一直密切关注局势发展并为当地中资机构和人员提供必要协助。当地时间17日，获悉有12名中国劳务人员在尼罗河附近一个采砂场被战火围困之后，中国驻南苏丹大使马强立即紧急联系南内政部长通报情况，请其全力协助营救中方受困人员。在使馆协调和南苏丹政府全力协助下，被困的12名中国劳务人员当天全部被成功安全救出并得到妥善安置。中国驻南使馆还通过使馆网站等多种渠道发出安全提示，提醒所有在南中国公民和机构务必加强安全防范并与使馆保持密切联系。
目前，中国驻南使馆全体馆员都在坚守岗位，履行职责。外交部和中国驻南使馆将继续密切关注当地安全局势，采取一切必要措施保护在南中国公民和机构安全。
2013年12月18日，外交部长王毅在拉马拉与巴勒斯坦总统阿巴斯会见时，阐述了中方在巴勒斯坦问题上的立场。
王毅表示，这次中东之行首站选择巴勒斯坦，因为巴勒斯坦是中国的好朋友，也是好伙伴。访问巴勒斯坦的目的，一是落实今年5月阿巴斯总统访华时两国元首达成的重要共识，进一步深化中巴传统友谊。二是根据习近平主席提出的关于解决巴勒斯坦问题的四点重要主张，支持巴以和谈进程，发挥中国的积极作用。
王毅表示，中方始终支持巴勒斯坦人民为恢复民族合法权益所进行的正义斗争。这块土地历来就是巴勒斯坦人和以色列人的共同家园。但以色列建国已经60多年，而巴勒斯坦人希望独立建国的愿望至今还没有实现，这是不公平的，也是不合理的。这种现象不应再持续下去。
王毅指出，战争解决不了问题，暴力只会增加仇恨，而和谈是唯一正确的方向。巴勒斯坦实现独立建国，巴以两国和平相处，这是解决巴勒斯坦问题的必由之路，也是确保中东地区长治久安的重要保证。
王毅强调，中方支持目前正在进行的巴以和谈进程。我们衷心希望巴以双方抓住难得机遇，彼此相向而行，互相释放善意，尽快找到解决问题的出路和办法。作为安理会常任理事国，中方会继续为推动巴以和谈进程发挥我们的作用，作出我们的贡献。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
