问：据报道，印度和巴基斯坦的军事官员下周将举行会谈，寻求在克什米尔控制线附近实现停火。中方对此有何评论？
答：我们欢迎巴印两国为实现在克什米尔控制线附近停火所作的努力。巴基斯坦和印度都是南亚地区的重要国家，巴印关系的改善对本地区的和平、稳定和发展至关重要。作为巴印共同的邻居和朋友，中方将一如既往地支持巴印双方通过和平对话妥善解决有关分歧。
问：美国国务卿克里日前先后到访越南、菲律宾，并在南海问题上高调表态。中方对此有何评论？
答：中方注意到有关表态。中方一贯主张由有关国家通过直接谈判解决南海问题。在“南海行为准则”问题上，中国和东盟国家一直保持顺畅、有效沟通。希望有关国家尊重中国和东盟国家为此所做的努力，恪守在南海问题上不选边站队的承诺，谨言慎行，多做有利于增进本地区国家间相互信任，有利于维护本地区和平与稳定的事情，而不是相反。
问：近日，日本首相安倍晋三、内阁官房长官菅义伟先后指责中国划设防空识别区。美国国务卿克里与菲律宾外长德尔罗萨里奥共见记者时称，美方不承认中方划设东海防空识别区。德称，中方实际上是想把防空识别区变成本国领空。中方对此有何评论？
答：我想提醒有关人士在发表评论前，要好好研究研究防空识别区的概念，最起码要搞清楚防空识别区不等于领空，也不是禁飞区。
我想指出，世界上已经有20多个国家划设了防空识别区。上世纪50年代初，美国就划设了防空识别区，日本40多年前划设了防空识别区。今年11月23日，也就是几周前，中国才划设东海防空识别区。中国划设东海防空识别区，要义在防卫。如果别的国家可以设而中国却不能，国际公理何在？国家主权平等又何在？
大家都可以看得到，过去几周来，有关空域的飞行活动和秩序完全正常，所谓引发地区紧张完全是无稽之谈，以此指责中方更是颠倒黑白，别有用心。
我们觉得有关方面的表演已经够了，可以歇歇了。如果他们真关心地区和平稳定，就应该客观、公允地对待中方的举措，停止挑事生非。
问：玻利维亚总统莫拉莱斯将于明天开始访华，中方哪些领导人将予以会见？除了观摩玻通信卫星发射，还有哪些活动？
答：应国家主席习近平邀请，玻利维亚总统莫拉莱斯将于12月19日至21日对中国进行国事访问。
中方高度重视莫拉莱斯总统来华进行国事访问。访问期间，习近平主席等中国领导人将同莫拉莱斯总统举行会谈、会见，就双边关系和共同关心的国际和地区问题交换意见。莫拉莱斯总统还将赴西昌卫星发射中心观摩玻通信卫星发射。相信此访将进一步推动中玻关系发展。
关于卫星项目合作，我愿介绍一下相关情况。2010年4月，中国长城工业总公司与玻方签署卫星项目合作协议。根据协议，中方为玻利维亚研制、发射并在轨交付一颗通信卫星，用于广播通信、远程教育、远程医疗等。目前，玻星已运抵西昌卫星发射中心，预计将于北京时间12月21日发射。我们在此也预祝发射取得圆满成功。
问：朝鲜《劳动新闻》17日发表社论称，朝鲜转变成一个堂堂有核国是金正日同志先军革命领导所带来的光辉结果。中方对此有何评论？
答：中方对朝核问题的立场是十分明确的，即坚持半岛无核化，坚持维护半岛和平稳定，坚持对话解决问题。中方愿与各方保持沟通，致力于早日重启六方会谈，为将朝核问题重新纳入对话谈判进程发挥积极作用。
问：联合国安理会17日一致通过第2129号决议，强调国际社会应继续将打击恐怖主义作为工作重点，首次明确要求各国就加强打击网络恐怖主义采取具体措施。中方对此有何评论？对国际社会加强反恐合作有何期待？
答：当前，互联网已成为恐怖势力开展活动的重要工具。越来越多的恐怖极端组织利用互联网招募人员，传播暴恐思想，传授暴恐技术，筹集恐怖活动资金，策划恐怖袭击活动。网络恐怖主义的危害性日益突出，已成为国际反恐斗争的重要课题。
中国是网络恐怖主义的受害者。近年来，以“东伊运”为首的“东突”恐怖势力大肆发布恐怖音视频，煽动对中国政府发动所谓“圣战”，成为近年来中国境内特别是新疆地区恐怖袭击多发的主要和直接原因之一。今年北京发生“10.28”严重暴力恐怖袭击案件后，“东伊运”发布恐怖视频，宣称对袭击案件负责，并继续煽动对中国政府实施恐怖袭击。“东伊运”等“东突”恐怖势力大搞网络恐怖主义，不仅危害中国安全与稳定，也会助长国际恐怖极端思潮的泛滥，给国际社会安全与稳定带来严重隐患。
打击网络恐怖主义需要国际社会加强合作。此次安理会通过第2129号决议，首次明确要求各国就加强打击网络恐怖主义采取具体措施，对今后国际社会进一步打击恐怖组织和个人利用互联网从事恐怖活动具有重要意义。中方希望国际社会就此加强合作，共同打击“东伊运”等恐怖势力的网络恐怖主义活动，共同维护国际社会安全与稳定。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
