优点：方式灵活，共用本金，操作简单，财产独立，比较安全。
缺点：需要较多资金。
1.1贷款个人办厂
优点：由合同解决资金问题，贷款者即使提出提前偿还，也可以拒绝，相对安全。
缺点：由于利息，利润大打折扣，利润低的行业无法涉足（否则很可能赔钱）；还款期限存在风险，如果没有即时还款（一般找新的贷款还），系统可能会强行拍卖装备、工厂，造成不必要的损失。
1.2集资个人办厂
优点：没有正式合同约束，装备、工厂不会强行拍卖。有时为分红，并没有固定利息，减小了投资的风险。
缺点：利润计算复杂、模糊，分红、偿还本金完全依靠贷款者的节操，容易引起财产纠纷。诈骗行为更加方便，容易被罚款、封号，自制能力强的人，可以考虑。
2.股票公司
优点：正式化的集资，灰常合法，被封者可以申请删除股东，公司财产有保障，在公司所属国免进口税。
缺点：太过于合法了（我不是遵纪守法的好孩子
），避税（黑工、黑市）都很困难，而且还要消耗50G的初始资金，操作也相对麻烦，在多股东情况下，管理者的酬劳也不好分配。
3 军团办厂
优点：军团大量物资，提供良好的仓库，团员也很容易成为长期劳动力。
缺点：军团费用昂贵（10人初级50G，50人精英2500G），没有自己的军团，就要抱个大腿，可能还能借厂玩玩。
3.1 个人军团工厂（在别人的军团借厂用）
优点：军团大量物质提供资金、原料保障（很难缺货）。
缺点：操作较为麻烦，同时不容易分清军团、个人财产，容易产生贪污行为。
3.2 普通军团工厂（自己军团用市场工、黑工）
优点：为自己军团提供物资，军、商一体，战时提供更集中的战力。
缺点：比个人工厂操作麻烦。
3.3 军团军垦工厂（发物资代替工资）
优点：过程中免除货币，减少货币消耗，可以减少货币的库存
缺点：价值衡量麻烦，容易不等价交易，以及盲目生产。
（PS：军垦其实就是回到了物物交易的时代，忽视了货币的用途，当然在本游戏中，由于admin对黄金的限制，这种生产方式也有有利的一面）
4 开厂需要注意的一些问题
开厂形式，只不过是集资、利益分配不同，是否赚钱，还是工厂本身。
4.1工厂种类问题（盲目生产）
4.1.1工厂效率低
Q1-Q4原料厂，非高产地区工厂，生产效率较低，如果没有廉价工人，推荐不要开厂。
4.1.2工厂竞争强
Q1枪、Q5麦、Q5包子，由于厂子过多，市场竞争过强，导致价格低廉，利润较低，难度较大。
4.1.3市场需求低
除麦、铁、钻及相关产业，市场需求都较低，没有良好销售途径，需谨慎。
4.2工人雇佣
4.2.1是否在自己工厂工作
一般来说，工厂主比一般工人更了解市场行情。在没有其他约束时，能找到比自己开出工资更高的地方工作，那么就到其他地方工作，再雇个人为你打工，就赚到了两者的差价。
4.2.2是否雇佣黑工
总的来说，等价Q5原料厂，黑工的成本在0.0039左右，赚钱的主要为铁（0.0049）、钻（0.0047）及相关产业。Q1枪的售价在0.0215左右，相对加工单位成本，大概0.0041，所以Q1枪雇佣黑工基本是不赚钱的。
4.2.3是否该雇佣市场工
在能雇佣黑工情况下，可以通过汇率直接比较两者的高低。
无法雇佣黑工的行业，需要精心计算来考察。
不同技能，单位劳动力价格不同，大家可以找最低的去雇佣。
4.2.4如果没有合适的工人怎么办
想方设法找奴隶工（不足黑工工资一半），用货物骗他们来工作，比如每天10个面包之类的。
4.3原料买进及商品销售
一般市场价都是比较黑心的，所以优先卖市场，卖不掉（有时会有人压价），再去黑市卖掉。同样，原料一般要从黑市买，因为价格廉价，有时市场有挂错价格或倾销的，也要果断收走。
4.4原料价格，原料厂由于不需要原料，所以成本较低，竞争要强于成品厂，所以价格相对便宜。当原料单位价格，略低于成品时，EEi估计各种原料价格：
铁0.0049，钻0.0047，麦0.0041，石油0.0043，石头0.0045，木材0.0045
从消耗量上来讲，铁用量要远高于麦、钻（可能有3-7倍），钻、麦大概平分秋色，机票消耗量较小，石头有消耗，不过更少，木材只能累计，通过新玩家来产生更多需求。
5.违法行为
E-Sim是模拟现实的游戏，不直接损害其他玩家利益和游戏模拟本身的违法行为，一般管理员不会去管。比如逃税，官方都成立了黑市，方便大家逃税
。
相关于工厂的违法行为一般有以下几种：
5.1奴隶工
工资过低，可能会引起GO的注意，而被罚款，个人认为黑工一半工资是底线，能使良心和安全共存。
（PS：相应市场工，可以没有底线，工资低是由于地理环境导致，很多国家首都适合Q1枪厂哦）
5.2多重账号
开厂经费不足，用多小号提供劳动力、资金的，一旦被发现，会被封号处理。
5.3金钱诈骗
没有自己，用诈骗手段获取资金，会被罚款，如果不能即时偿还，还有被封号的危险。
5.4其他违法者的利益输出
当有人送你钱时，要小心。如果这属于不义之财，一旦被发现，你将被罚更多的罚款。
6.案例
6.1某军团为自身发展而军垦，然而有些团员军垦物资没有及时发到，军团长被罚款900G+。
6.2某玩家贷款开厂，其后开了股票公司，由于多重账号被封。在临走前廉价（100G）卖给其军团长100股（实际价值150G左右），最终，军团长因此被罚340G+。

Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
