首先我们要将领土分为两大类：工业区和白地区分方法很简单，在地图界面中选择公司选项，在左边的比色卡中有详细的说明如果一块地区的工厂数在十家以下，那基本就可以称之为白地了。值得说明的是工业区并不一定是资源产地。因为许多人会有把加工厂健在首都的习惯，所以首都也有极大可能成为工业区。白地对国家的作用简单而直白——为工业区提供缓冲，防止敌人直接攻打工业区。
1、解决国内就业问题：只有一个国家的国民充分就业，国民收入才有保障，才可能支撑起长期的战争并吸引新人常驻
2、增加税收：当国内劳动力已经充分就业，这就会照成国内工资上涨，吸引国际打工者，这时所得税的收入就会明显上涨，充盈国库。
3、高产地区的BUFF：控制高产资源会增加国内对应加工厂25%的产量从而间接增加工资收入或利润并可能降低物价。
4、吸引和平地区国家的火力支援：国际打工仔在国内和平又无力抢章时至少也会消耗每天5点体力用来维持军衔的上涨，为了节省机票这些输出一般就留在了所在国的战场。
5、增发货币并支撑货币价值：在e-sim中除了黄金能直接给系统交易外，其他所有国家的货币都只有流通价值，只有在本国购物或支付工资时才能体现价值。工厂的增加势必会支撑货币价值。
但是利润的背后一定隐藏着风险，说完了利益接下来该说说带来的危害了。
1、驻军损失：只要一个国家在战争时在第三方还留有殖民地，那起义就不可避免，到时占领国就要同时面对起义军和抢章党的双重火力。值得指出的是驻军损失只与殖民国家的数量有关，与地区数量无关，所以占领一个国家全境和占领一块地区的驻军损失一样。所以，除非签署了租借协议，否则务求攻陷全境。当然，被公开的租借协议会适度降低来自起义军的压力
2、防御压力：匹夫无罪怀璧其罪，占有一块富庶之地很容易引起他国眼红，并可能成为开战理由。
3、仇恨：虽然只是一个游戏，但是占据他国领土依然会引起他国不满，所以殖民的国家应当控制在一个适当的范围。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
