Of course, man power is the fundamental of e-sim.
Yet, as the last babyboom brought a huge impact to our company, we are establishing some ‘guiding system’
Don't you have difficulties keeping all those "babies" interested in the game? What have been your problems with all the new players, and what have been your solutions?
Yes, keeping ‘babies’interests is always a challenging task.
And that’s why I put lots of effort on my newspaper——in order to keep our citizens thinking! Let them be INVOLVED in the game instead of being a twoclickers waiting for BO.
And it is media’s(newspaper, shout, IRC, skype...) duty to persuade the newcomers’rather ‘stubborn’ idea towards national issues.

Some weeks ago, you tried to propose agreements to foreign countries so that they would provide work for your babies. Did you sign any? And if you did, were the results satisfying?
Actually, we were inviting other countries to help us maximizing our productivity. Yet no one has sent me any message about that...
(but we did appeal our citizens to work for our ally)
So... We decided to develop a MU-based productive system, trying to consume that massive productivity by ourselves
Should China's neighbours be worried about your growing power? Will China become imperialist when all her babies will be adult soldiers?
Well, e-sim is a war game, every product/movement/ability is nothing but serve the war. It is impossible for a e-country to maintain its citizens only with peace.(I mean, login and twoclicks then logout? E-sim will die, bro...)
Yet we do have some true friends——Taiwan, Malaysia, Pakistan...
And we signed MPP with Poland(which is on the north of us) and Indonesia
I mean, we WON'T attack our friends with no reason.
What are the goals of your war against Korea? Seize the high diamond region? The whole country? Something else? At what conditions will peace be possible?
We have just signed a NAP with SK. Renting the high diamond region.

We have signed a MPP with Poland, so we will provide help within their soil.

We remain neutral in other parts of Europe

Recently, presidents Arcu, Wuliadjq, EEI, Abdook have been impeached. At the moment when I'm writing, your president is Saintshaka, but I'm not sure it won't have been replaced by the time I will publish the interview. More seriously, how comes there has been so many impeachments in China this month? Is the domestic political situation unstable?
Umm... It is a ‘chaotic’ month.
eChina was recovering from a massive AFK last month, and many veterans have return. Thus there is some divergence in the congress.
Yet it has been solved peacefully, and actually the main reason for those impeach is they are busy in their RL.
In your opinion, what is the main strength of China? What is the greastest problem she has to face?
We are united! And our cabinet is experienced as well as active.
The citizens are also very enthusiastic and friendly ( I prefer the word ‘lovely’ )
Problem? Umm... I believe is that eChina is youth. Our citizens still have a long way to become a 'adult'.
Is there an issue that is dividing Chinese people at the moment?
No... There are some divergence about something like whether to continue the cold war with ePH. But the problem has been solved.
Finally, does China have any communication with France? What relations could be established between China and France in the future, if any?
Actually....Most eChinese gets little information from France.
You know, many of us already has difficulties to understand English article. And many of French newspaper are using French...(which is a little bit hard for me to provide some France information to my people, I use google though)
The most recent event between China and France is Orion fighting against us in SK weeks ago...I have explained to my people about the Mercenary character of it.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
