e-sim是一款模拟现实的线上游戏，在这个世界中起主导作用的人类活动始终是战争。所谓大炮一响黄金万两，参加战斗是要花钱的，那么对于我等自备粮秣兵器的新丁来说，找一份薪水丰厚的工作，是能够直接保证初期补给消耗的有效手段。
那么在当今乱象频分的就业市场中，如何找到一份称心如意的工作自然是每个新人当前最关心的事情。下面我将分享一些我自己在这个世界中总结出的一点经验，以期能够帮助到各位。
首先工作分两种：合同工和黑工
是指通过就业市场就业，工资水平依照就业者的工作技能以及所在国家当地市场经济运行规律来分等。这种工作的好处在于工资发放稳定，除非厂长资金枯竭，否则会依据系统程序一直自行运作。但是缺点就是工资受物价以及黄金汇率影响较大，而且还有所得税要扣除。
再来谈谈合同工的工资，首先让我们明确几点概念
1.合同工的工资是以支付所在国货币的方式进行的，各国工资有高有低不好比较，而且各个国家政府发行的货币只在本国范围内具有购买力，所以为了方便我们进行横向比较，要通过黄金这一国际货币进行换算才能知道各国工资的实际价值，即与工资等值的黄金。
2.由于各国经济法案的不同，造成各国间同一行业的所得税是不同的，而工资在支付过程中是要自动扣税。所以所得税的多寡也是必须要考虑的。
3.由于劳动技能是跟生产力挂钩的，所以一般劳动技能越高，工资差距就越大。
那么根据以上信息我们可以总结出一个公式：
同等工作技能下能够到手的工资G=工资数*（1-所得税率）*当地市场黄金汇率（以钱换金）
由此，劳动市场上每一份的实际工资在经过以上计算，就呈现在各位面前了。
在劳务市场中，除了正规的合同工外，还有一种被世界规则制定者接受的赚钱方式。就是“打黑工”。
以中国为例，一份正常的黑工收入应当符合如下公式：
工资=0.4G+工作技能指数取整*0.1G+1CNY或者1所在国货币。
工人每日工作，老板除了付1CNY之外还通过赠与的方式以黄金结算工资。
由于“黑工”不用交所得税，而且以黄金结算，所以这种方式深受玩家欢迎。
这就是为什么劳务市场中经常会出现1CNY这种廉价工资的原因。
但是这种雇佣关系是建立在员工与老板之前达成口头协议的基础上的。
现在有些外国企业直接以1CNY招募工人，而一知半解的同胞以为这就是“黑工”便入了人家的圈套。
由于工作之前并没有达成协议，这往往造成国人除了1CNY之外一无所得。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
