原标题：恶狗咬伤16学生 女镇长提棍打狗
华西都市报:一只黑狗在短短1个小时内，咬伤了简阳市涌泉镇16名学生和7名居民。接到群众反映，该镇女镇长李文和派出所、畜牧局等10多人，组成了“打狗队”，捕杀镇上的流浪狗。经过半天的行动，行恶的黑狗以及被黑狗咬伤的两只狗相继被击毙，已运到山上深埋。
11月14日清晨，一条黑狗蹿进简阳市涌泉镇，它一路狂叫，见人就咬，彻底扰乱了这个偏远古镇人们的正常生活。黑狗袭击了600多米长的街道，16名学生、7名镇上居民被咬伤。
镇上居民最终将黑狗“围歼”，随后以涌泉镇镇长李文为首的“打狗队”，将另外两只被咬伤的狗找到击毙，目前该镇的流浪狗清查工作还在继续，预计将持续到下周一。
恶犬来袭
乱咬上学的学生
11月14日清晨6点半左右，涌泉镇还笼罩在朦胧的夜色中，涌泉镇初中初三女生刘静已经开始上学，她和另外一名同学刚刚走到镇江街口，碰到了这只黑狗。
“它冲过来就咬住了我的左小腿，松开后又咬了一口。”刘静说，狗跑开后，同路的同学立即将她送到附近的诊所，她也打电话告诉了学校老师。
刘静说，比她上学更早的一位同学，也碰到了这只黑狗，“他用化学书挡着腿，狗把书咬烂了一半，鞋子也咬烂了一只。”
在镇江街口狂咬一阵后，黑狗又蹿到了约600米开外的一家超市门口，对路过这里的学生和居民进行攻击。附近一家店铺的老板刚刚开门准备营业，就被冲过来的狗咬到了腿部。
这时已经7点半左右，天渐渐亮了，几位居民拿着长棍赶了过来，将黑狗围在中间。棍棒齐加，这只在镇上“发威”了一个多小时的黑狗被击毙。
清查伤者
23人先后被咬伤
早上8时许，还未上班的涌泉镇党委书记罗君成接到群众反映，称一条黑狗闯入场镇，在两处“行凶”咬伤多人。
罗君成立即赶到事发现场，黑狗已经被打死。“群众反映受伤的人很多，而且多数是学生。”罗君成说，他立即联系学校、卫生院、畜牧站，要求对所有伤者一个不漏统计出来。
第一次统计中，有一些小学生“恶作剧”，用圆珠笔自己在腿上画两个乌点，医生用酒精擦拭后，那几个学生才承认自己是假装的。
第一次统计结果显示，受伤的小学生9名，初中生6名，成人6名。在当地卫生院简单处理后，政府组织将伤员全部运往简阳市防疫站，分别注射狂犬疫苗和血清。
“因为不确定这只狗是否患有狂犬病，我们不敢放过任何一个伤者。”罗君成说，截至当晚7点半，他们又发现一名被咬的学生，“虽然只是咬了一块青斑，但还是注射了疫苗。”
随后，镇政府发现，一名该镇卫生院的医生也被咬伤，“他早上去了成都，晚上回来我们才统计到。”罗君成说。
11月14日下午4时，所有受伤学生回校正常上课，成人也回家正常生活。截至昨日，伤者基本确定为23人，但清查工作仍在继续。
全镇打狗
女镇长成“打狗队长”
昨日下午，华西都市报记者走进该镇党委书记罗君成办公室时，他拿出一根1米多长的木棍。“这是准备的打狗棍，凡是这几天发现的流浪狗，都要捕杀。”
据了解，11月14日，黑狗伤人发生后，该镇女镇长李文和派出所、畜牧局等10多人，组成了“打狗队”，捕杀镇上的流浪狗。经过走访排查，他们得知镇上两只居民家养的狗，曾被黑狗咬伤。
“我们找到了被咬伤狗的主人，反复做工作后，他们同意将狗捕杀。”李文说，经过半天的行动，3只狗被击毙，然后被运到山上深埋。
目前，涌泉镇大楼LED屏上播放着拴养狗的通知。“我们要求对全镇的狗再次注射疫苗，家养的狗全部拴养，以村为单位再次全面清理捕杀流浪狗。”

If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
