“当前改革需要解决的问题格外艰巨，都是难啃的硬骨头，这个时候就要一鼓作气，瞻前顾后、畏葸不前不仅不能前进，而且可能前功尽弃。”习近平总书记的这番话，指明了稍纵即逝的时间窗口，也道出了义无反顾的担当勇气，警醒我们在这样一个不进则退的关键时刻，以何种精神状态推动改革，直接决定着国家的未来。
35年改革开放，影响前所未有，成就举世瞩目，不仅将中国推向了一个历史新高度，也让中华民族比任何时候都更加接近复兴梦想。越是在这个时候，就越要警惕“为山九仞、功亏一篑”的风险。放眼全球，一些国家的“中等收入陷阱”殷鉴不远，断言中国短暂“柯立芝繁荣”的声音时有耳闻；即便在国内，也有人担心我们丧失了改革勇气，甚至患上了“改革疲劳症”。对这些悲观论调，不必过分上心，但不可掉以轻心。
今天的改革再次到了一个紧要关头。一方面，政府职能转变、金融体制改革、反腐制度强化……这些躲不开、绕不过的问题，提醒我们发展还没到开香槟的时候；另一方面，改革本身也面临着“期望值上升的革命”，除了物质利益，人们对公平诉求更加强烈。如何闯关夺隘，更好地回应人民诉求，关系到改革的号召力，也考验着我们党的执政能力。在这样的背景下，改革先易后难，更要攻坚克难，惟其如此，才能战胜风险挑战、跟上人民期待。
毋庸讳言，与过去皆大欢喜的普惠式改革相比，今天的改革很难让所有人兴奋。无论简政放权，还是调节收入，改革都不可避免会触碰一些固有利益，甚至遭遇某种“利益矩阵”。换句话说，革思想的命、削手中的权、去自己的利，不是每个部门都愿改，也不是每个群体都想改。那种“会有风险”的说辞，“再等一等”的要求，莫不因此而生。“触及利益比触及灵魂还难”，然而改革有困难，不改革会更困难。改革是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择，创造过去的奇迹，靠的是改革，解决今天的问题，也唯有深化改革。倘若没有那么一股劲，不敢、不想、不愿触碰矛盾问题，不但改革无法深入推进，发展也很难乘势而上。
“改革就是要杀出一条血路来”。回首35年历程，中国的改革何时轻松过？哪个改革不是迎难而上？当小岗村农民签下“生死契约”，当市场经济改革顶着“姓社姓资”压力,这些今天看来习以为常的事情，当初是何等艰难，背后又是何种勇毅！“后之视今，亦犹今之视昔”。如果没有一种战略眼光，没有一种使命意识，没有一种英雄气概，昨天的改革不会为今天奠基，今天的改革也难以为明天铺路。
与过去不同的是，当年我们“摸着石头”搞改革，是因为对一些重大问题还没看清看透，而今天亟待推进的多项改革，我们党对其目标和路径都已明确。在这个时候，比认识更重要的，是决心；比方法更关键的，是担当。“冲破思想观念的障碍，突破利益固化的藩篱”，有这样的信念，就能从全体人民整体利益着眼，从国家命运和民族前途出发，敢于啃硬骨头,敢于涉险滩,不失时机深化重要领域改革。什么叫政治勇气？这就叫政治勇气；什么是政治智慧？这就是政治智慧。
“夫战，勇气也”。在打开改革开放新局面的时候，邓小平同志说过，“没有一点闯的精神，没有一点‘冒’的精神，没有一股子气呀、劲呀，就走不出一条好路，走不出一条新路，就干不出新的事业”。历史的机遇不可丧失，人民的期待不能辜负。提着那么一口气，鼓着那么一股子劲，坚持全面深化改革不动摇，我们定能开辟改革新境界，抵达发展新高度。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
