Je reprend l'écriture dans mon Journal The Story of Rabbit » pour l'élection du Président de la France en Novembre ! Je me représente à ce poste car je pense pouvoir encore apporter à notre pays. En novembre, Je souhaite poursuivre la tâche que vous m'avez confié lors de la précédente élection avec l'aide mon Gouvernement. Au cours de ce premier mandat, j'ai pu montrer ma détermination sur mes engagements fait devant vous. Vous pouvez retrouver le bilan de ce mandat dans cet article du Bulletin Officiel. Cette candidature va être l’occasion pour moi de me (re)présenter, de présenter mes nouveaux objectifs ainsi que mon équipe gouvernementale. 
L'anatomie d'un Lapin
Qui est ce Lapin ?
En Octobre, vous m'avez élu à la charge de Président de la République à la suite de cette campagne . Au cours de mon mandat, j'ai tenté de tenir mes promesses et d'aider mon Gouvernement a travaillé dans de bonnes conditions. Pourquoi une seconde candidature ?
Un mandat est assez court pour réaliser autant de changements. Comme vous pouvez le voir au congrès et au niveau international, les débats et les tractations sont assez longs. Au cours de ce premier mandat, de nouvelles idées ont germés et je souhaite les mettre en pratique.
1/ Réformes
Au cours de notre premier mandat, nous avons débuter un gros travail de fonds sur les lois législatives de notre communauté. Le ménage a été fait et des mises à jour on été faite. Nous souhaitons poursuivre ce travail principalement dans le domaine de la Défense en poursuivant le débat de la coopération Gouvernement/MUs privées, la refonte du SAM (le système de packs de l'Armée Française) ainsi que celui sur la charte de la sFrance.
2/ Fédérer la communauté
C'est un des point qui me tient à coeur depuis toujours. Nous devons cultiver la bonne ambiance dans notre communauté. Des évènements comme l'élection de Miss France, le quizz permettent de créer de nouveaux liens. Si nous sommes élus, mon Gouvernement travaillera sur l'organisation de nouveaux évènements au cours de ce nouveau mandat ainsi qu'à poursuivre la relance du RolePlay.
3/ Communication
Comme lors de ma première campagne, je pense quela communication est essentielle pour nous tous. Mon Gouvernement et moi-même poursuivront les efforts à travers des articles pour le grand public, le dialogue avec le Congrès et notre disponibilité pour tous.
4/ Finances Publiques
La transparence continuera d'être mot d'ordre. Vous pourrez consulter l'état de nos comptes au cours du mois. Nous nous efforcerons de tenir les comptes à l'équilibre malgré le point 7, ce qui ne sera pas chose facile à court terme 
5/ Cellule Babyboom
Suite au départ d'habibsahab du jeu pour des raisons IRL, la France se retrouve sans gestionnaire de cellule (ni même de membres). Le gros travail de ce début de mandat sera la recomposition totale de cette cellule pour commencer un travail de fond. En fin de mandat, j'avais proposé une publicité à l’administrateur pour Facebook via France Org. Nous relancerons l'initiative après un concours organisé entre membre de la communauté.
6/ Poursuivre dans WPMW
Nous avons fait le choix de créer WMPW. Je souhaite poursuivre cette construction avec d'autres pays en cours de discussion (Philippines, Portugal, Espagne, Israel...). Ce long travail s'appuie sur l'idée de base qui était de nous rapprocher de nos alliés "historiques" (même si certains n'aiment pas le terme) c'est à dire Allemagne, Espagne, Italie et Portugal. Même si l'Italie n'est pas dans notre alliance, nous gardons des contacts très réguliers.
7/ Guerre
Le point que vous attendez tous ! Le mois de novembre sera l’occasion d'une guerre. Nous attaquerons au cours du mois avec l'appuie de notre alliance. Depuis plusieurs mois, la France manque d'une guerre et ce sera l’occasion d'assouvir nos besoins 
Mon équipe est la même que celle de fin de mandat. Je garde ma Dream Team (<3). La Team Babyboom viendra compléter le dispositif rapidement. Je reste disponible pour d'éventuels joueurs motivés. Rien n'est figé

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
