"Hmmmm... Philippines vs. Malaysia in the battle for Sabah, is this serious? Is our president getting back Sabah for real?" and so I clicked the link...
Then to my surprise,
"Oh! It's just a game." I was about to close the page when I thought to myself, "Hey, why not give it a try?" Thank God I did.
DAY 721. "Hmmmm... What do I do here?" so what I did was read a bunch of wikipedia entries about e-sim, but since I really don't like reading, I tried to message one of the players. That player was ciru . My message was in Filipino-English, since I didn't know that he was a foreigner until he replied to my message. He's very kind to reply to my message as if we know each other. He then gave me a link to another vital part of this game, our IRC/Internet Relay Chat page. Honestly, I think I would've not stayed this long if I didn't visit the IRC when I did. Back then, The chatters can be counted using one's fingers... to the point that you even recognize chatters that we're not even online everyday. That's where I came to meet the people that were in my friendlist. That's also where I learned the art and importance of T-2 and other kinds of battle strategies.
I became curious enough to see if the game was popular- are there many Filipinos who're playing the game? I checked the online citizens.... I even laughed when I saw that there are only 6 online citizens. Sometimes, I check it, it's just 5 or sometimes 4. Those were the times when I thought to myself "Oh no! Puerto Princesa is being attacked by Malaysia! What do we do now?!" I also had no idea back then about e-sim politics, and honestly yujn was the only politician I knew because he was the president, Haha. But as the days went by, I became aware of how things go here in e-sim. I even tried to run for congress elections. I didn't win though, lol.
Then the baby boom came(I guess I was one of the people who received the ad first to witness the drastic increase of citizens)! What was 6 online citizens before went up to 30, then 52, it even reached 60+. I don't religiously check the online citizens(I planned to before, but heck! I got lazy!) so I don't know if it reached 70 or 100+. What was 42 citizens who voted in the presidential elections last August 2013, went up to 130 by September! A 309.52% increase in politically active citizens! (I know that there are many factors to be considered regarding population growth but just let me focus on these data) Isn't it great?
And then this...
The presidential elections has been recently held this 5th of October. Guess what! The 130 citizens went up to 540! A 415.38% increase from last month and if we're to base it on the month of August,it's a whopping 1285.71% increase!
By the way, congratulations to our newly elected president, jansuing .
All that I am saying is look at what we've accomplished! Before, the Philippines was at it's brink of extinction according to the players that were here before me. If it wasn't for that treaty that was signed before, we might not have the e-Philippines we have today(If the information that I obtained is correct, clicking this link will redirect you to that law proposal to Indonesia made 11 months ago as of this writing). All of those thanks to the efforts of the previous governments, which according to my research, was also led by yujn . Isn't he great?
The e-Philippines still has a long way to go from here. I'm happy that I was able to witness things that gave me knowledge and experience to write this article. To my readers, I hope we'll all be able to witness the rise of e-Philippines not only from e-Asia, but also the whole primera server. We can do many things. We just need to be united.
Give me ten thousand Filipino soldiers and I will conquer the world.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
