Kamakailan lamang, may mga taong pumasok sa IRC. Naghahamon ng away. Iba't-iba ang mga dahilan. At may mga taong taliwas ang iniisip ng mga naghahanap ng away. Ang resulta: GULO.
Bakit kailangang mag-away ng mga tao sa IRC? Bakit kailangang mauwi sa pagbibitaw ng mga masasakit na salita ang mga taong dapat ay nagtutulungan?
Ang IRC ay ginawa upang magkaroon ng ugnayang pang-ekonomiya ang lahat ng taong naglalaro ng e-Sim: mapatransaksyon man yan sa negosyo, pagpapautang at iba pa. Ginawa rin ito upang mailahad natin ang lahat ng ating nalalaman para ang mga tao, lalo na sa mga kababayan nating ePilipino, na matulungan sila sa paglalaro ng e-Sim. Ang IRC rin ang nagiging instrumento sa mga tao para magkaroon ng kasiyahan sa buhay kapag walang magawa. Ito rin ang nagiging daan para maisabi natin ang gusto nating sabihin sa ibang tao: opinyon, saloobin, o kahit simpleng pagbati lamang sa kapwa ePilipino.
Oo nga't malayang magsalita ng saloobin ang isang tao, pero kailangan bang magsama ng mga mura at makapanakit ng tao? Oo nga't dapat mapakinggan ang mga opinyon at hinaing ng isang tao, pero kailangan bang magwala? Oo nga't nakatira tayo sa isang malayang bansa, pero kailangan bang abusuhin ang pagiging malaya at pwede mo nang gawin ang mga bagay na kahit hindi naman maganda at tama ay gagawin pa rin ang mga ito?
Sa mga manlalaro ng e-Sim, lalo na ang mga ePilipino, bakit kailangan pa nating mag-away sa IRC? May pagkakaiba ba sa prinsipyo? May pagkakaiba ba ang mga pananaw sa buhay? May pagkakaiba ba ng mga paraan ang alam tungo sa ikauunlad ng ePilipinas? Lahat tayo, iisa lang naman ang hangarin natin eh: ang gumanda at umunlad ng ePilipinas. Ang mga ePilipino, mga matatalino. Sayang lang kung gagamitin lang natin ito sa pagtatalo. Wala namang mananalo sa atin kapag nag-away tayo eh. Lahat, talo. Walang narating. Pinakita lang natin sa kapwa na ang mga ePilipino ay mabababa ang tingin sa isa't-isa.
Gaganda ng mga kaalaman na nasa mga utak natin. Bigyan naman natin ng magandang resulta ang ating mga pinag-iiisip. Wala tayong mararating kung puro pagtatalo ang ating ginagawa. Nakakahiya naman tayo sa mga taong gustong makita ang kaunlaran sa bansa natin pero nawawala dahil sa mga taong naghahanap lamang ng away.
Kaya kung makikipag-usap man o magsasabi ng sama ng loob sa kapwa ePilipino:
1) MAGING MAINGAT SA MGA SASABIHIN. Hindi naman ipinagbabawal na magmura sa pagsasalita, pero makiramdam kung nakakapanakit ka na nga damdamin ng iba.
2) MAGKAROON NG DISIPLINA SA SARILI HABANG NAKIKIPAG-USAP SA KAPWA. Maayos ang usapan kapag maayos ang mga taong nag-uusap.
3) KUNG MARUNONG KANG MAGSALITA, MARUNONG KA RIN DAPAT MAKINIG. Hindi yung parating nakabukas ang bibig at parating nakasarado ang tenga.
4) HUWAG KALIMUTANG NGUMITI. Kahit may hindi pagkakaintindihan, matuto pa ring humanap ng solusyon sa mga problema sa isa't-isa kung meron man.
MGA ePILIPINO TAYO. BIGYAN NAMAN NATIN NG DANGAL ANG ATING PAGIGING ePILIPINO.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
