Hello again, it's banealoe, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Asia Journal. I am currently busy doing research in Northern Peninsular-Malaysia, so I haven't been able to write new articles. Here is a suggestion to the Administrators/Game Developers of Primera.

Why don't we add an Education feature? We have Jobs, Companies, and Stock Companies for Economy, why don't we add Education and Research for country development? OF course, players would have something like Academic Skill.

For example, a Level 9 player can have his usual job at any resource/production company (which pays him cash), but he can also have a "part-time job" at an Academy (or University). For each day, he can either choose to work at his job, or work at the Academy instead.

If he chooses to work at his country's Academy, he won't get paid, but his Academic Skill will increase the same way his Economic Skill increases. But what will he do at the Academy? Here are some choices:

1. Train the Youth at Military Academy - Player A gets to choose from a list of new players (maybe 3-5 days old) whom he will train. Player B (the trainee) gets a free training session from Player A. Player A doesn't get paid, but gives bonus training to Player B. Max 3 Training per Youth per day.

2. Educate the Youth at Economics Academy - Player A gets to choose from the list of new players again. Player B (the student) gets a free increase in his Economic Skill, the same way he would gain it from working. Player A only gets a boost in his Academic Skill. Max 2 Educate per Youth per day.

3. Research at Science Laboratory - this is where Player A's Academic skill comes in handy. He contributes Research Points to his country. The higher his Academic Skill, the more bonus points he generates. Of course, he doesn't get paid. This is his service to his country.

So what do Research Points/Res Points do?

Once a country earns enough Research Points, this is what it can do (the president/leader of the country and congress decides on handling the research Points):

1. Improve Resource Area - 5 Billion Res Points. If a country has any territory with Medium Resources, automatically converts that area to High Resources for a certain duration. (10 days, maybe)

2. Discover New Resource - 10 Billion Res Points. A country may select any territory with NO Resources, and then convert that region to a region with random Medium Resource. Duration is 20-30 days.

3. Archaeological Expedition/Treasure Hunt - 5 Billion Res Points. Go on a Treasure Hunt! For the sake of money, I mean, research! The country will dig around and look for valuable archaeological treasures. Chance of finding one is 20%. If found, the country treasury gets 500 gold (amount is debatable).

4. Military Research: duration is 3-5 days
a. Infantry Equipment - 2 Billion Res Points. +10% bonus on attacks by all citizens of the country.
b. Armored Land Vehicles - 5 Billion Res Points. +20% bonus on attacks by all citizens of the country.
c. Aerodynamics and Aircraft - 9 Billion Res Points. +30% bonus on attacks by all citizens of the country.
d. Naval Technologies - 14 Billion Res Points. +40% bonus on attacks by all citizens of the country.
e. Advanced Rocket Systems - 20 Billion Res Points. +50% bonus on attacks by all citizens of the country.
f. Medical Technology - 10 Billion Res Points. Increase all citizens' chance of avoiding damage by 5%.
g. Digital Guidance Systems - 5 Billion Res Points. Decrease all citizens' chance of miss by 5%.
h. Weapons Maintenance - 10 Billion Res Points. All citizens have 5% chance to not use up weapons on hits.
i. Defense Network - 10 Billion Res Points. If the country is defender, all citizens who defend that country-owned area from foreign attack (not RW) get 10% Bonus damage per hit, and +2.5% chance of avoiding damage.
j. Guerrilla Tactics - 10 Billion Res Points. If a foreign-controlled territory initiates RW, the attackers/resistance fighters get 10% bonus damage per hit, and +5% chance of critical hits.

Letters A-E are non-stackable, so choose wisely.

These are all I can think of for now. I want to hear everyone's comments on this!

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
