Hi you are supreme the Commander of Crusaders, so can I take an interview from you?
Absolutely.
1. Most of Crusaders countries are occupied or about occupation. What you can say about that?
1: The Crusaders is an alliance of countries that all work very well together and like working with each other. WiC and The Specters have decided that they wish to dedicate themselves, full time, to forcing our alliance apart (specifically Poland and Lithuania). However, we have all agreed that we would rather be occupied than have other people telling us who we can be friends with. If they want Crusaders to break up, they'll have to do much worse. We remain dedicated to each other's cause, whatever the cost.
2. Do you think ,,Crusaders" name to alliance is the best?
2: I'm honestly not even sure how we ended up with the name 'Crusaders'; when I joined the meeting where we did the initial planning the name had already been chosen. Not long after our public announcement of formation, it became clear that the culture of Lithuania found the term "Crusaders" objectionable and after the new CP's were elected we had a meeting on the subject. Lithuania's representatives did not feel that it was a big enough deal to change the name and we all liked how much people of other alliances complained about it, so we decided to keep it rather than make the appearance of buckling under the complaints of people who are not in our alliance. If we had changed it, for any reason, they would still be Specters would still be writing idiotic articles about it, so we can at least say we've spared the world that. :3
3. What you can say about the alliance?
3: I've worked with all these countries in various respects and I can honestly say, though I did not pick the countries that were involved, if I had these would have been the ones I picked.
Each of our countries are very good at knowing when to take things seriously and when to laugh things off and each of us are happy to make sacrifices that are necessary to help each other.
I love working with the Crusaders and it is my personal mission to keep us all on the same boat. If they want to break us, they will have to break me first. ^_^
4. What you can say about ''Winter Is Coming", "The spectres", ,,Asian team"?
4: The Specters is an impressive alliance. They took the things that Phoenix did right and threw away the things Phoenix did wrong and have make themselves a very worthy adversary. Crusaders has no particular argument with them, however their goal as an alliance seems to be to destroy the Polish and Lithuanian team. My goal, however, is to keep the two together. So, this conflict to me is a very personal test of wills and one I have no intention of losing.
Winter is Coming is, frankly, an awful alliance that is made of the most awful things about Phoenix. Their national attitudes are loud, brash and arrogant (and that's coming from an American!) when they are really only successful at all because Specters is able to tie us up enough. It's incredibly unfortunate that The Specters+WiC friendship has worked out so well for WiC and costs Specters so much. Specters is the more intelligent and organized of the two but they seem to be locked into spending huge sums on massive battles in regions they must struggle to hold, while WiC runs takes advantage of the holes Specter opens in our defense.
A-Team are countries that we don't get to communicate much with. My only contact with them has been through one of their Military Commanders and friend of mine
Cruciator who spent about a year in the US before taking citizenship in India.
What I do know about them is that they are countries that have felt disorganized and dysfunctional for a while but that seem to be pulling themselves together in this new alliance. However, for them to really have an impact, Indonesia needs to work on playing on a team instead of playing for itself. I've worked with Indonesia and have friends there, but things like invading Brazil without consulting their alliance make them very difficult to work with in an alliance setting. But, I hope they are able to hold things together. Asia has been a 'no-mans-land' for way too long and they are going to have to work hard to create a real structure there, and I really do wish them the best.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
