This office is practically a storage, filled by the Communist Party of Ireland and it contains many Q1-Q3 equipments which have useful abilities.
People can borrow items from it for a given period of time (maximum one month - but the agreement can be renewed), until they get stronger and richer to buy their own equipment.
Of course buying is an option too, if one is so satisfied with the equipment they borrowed they can buy it. Prices are based on a simple way of calculation which will be released later.
After the implementation of equipments one can gain a huge advantage from using proper equipments. No miss option, dealing twice higher damage as a critical hit and gaining extra hits by absorbs are very useful on the battlefield and they can raise one's damage by tens of percents.
So using this items can raise a nation's damage radically which is a good way to make Ireland stronger.
The services are open to every sIrish citizen. However, the office clerk always does a background check on the customers and holds the right to decline lending an item to someone who fails this check.
We offer Q1-Q3 equipments which have useful abilities. We concentrate on the best abilities - reduce miss chance, increase critical damage chance and increase avoid damage chance. Since the finances of the party are finite and we would like to support beginners/poorer players, we don't plan to get higher quality equipment.

You have to contact an office clerk, tell him which item(s) you would like to buy/borrow. It is important to say the id. number of the item! Then the clerk will do the background check and if he finds everything OK, you can buy/borrow the item.
The procedure of the transaction is the following: the price of the given item(s) is calculated then if you buy the item(s), you have to pay first via contract and then you will receive the chosen items.
If you want to borrow the item the procedure is a bit different. You first have to tell the clerk the period of the loan (maximum 30 days). Then the clerk will offer you a contract in which you will have to give 1.5x the price after the period goes off. For example if you want to borrow an item worth 5 gold for 10 days, the contract will make you pay 7.5 gold after 10 days. This is just a safety measure, if you return the item you will get all your money back. If you don't, the office keeps your money!
Step-by-step:
1. You check the list and choose your item(s).
2. You contact a clerk like this: I want to buy/borrow this item: item ID number.
3. He does the background check and messages you with details.
4. The clerk sends you the contract and, if the contract is accepted, the chosen items too.
Only if borrowing:
5. The loan ends and you pay via contract and donate back the item(s).
6. If you gave back all the item(s), the clerk will send you back all the money.
If you have any concerns, always PM a clerk, they will find a solution!
The formula how we calculate the prices:
Price = (Ability1 * X * 0.015 + Ability2 * Y * 0.015) * Q
In which Ability1 & Ability2 are the two abilites, listed into categories like this:
Ability category 1 - superior (S)
- Reduce miss chance
- Increase critical dmg
- Increase avoid dmg
Ability category 2 - inferior (I)
- Increase strength
- Increase damage
- Increase maximum damage
If an ability is superior (S), then Ability = 2 and if an ability is inferior (I) then Ability = 1
X and Y show the extent of the abilities.
If the ability is given in percent, then X or Y = percent / 0.1
If the ability is given in a number, then X or Y = number / 5
Q shows the quality of the item.
Q1 = 1
Q2 = 2
Q3 = 3
So, for example the price a Q2 item with 1.63% miss reduce and 36 increase strength is:
2 * (2 * 17 * 0.015 + 1 * 7 * 0.015) = 1.23

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
