Dear citizen,
We got some important news for you, including current status of new military units module.


Military units
We are working hard on military units module. This Sunday we will introduce basic version of military units.
The basic version of military units will provide only damage bonus to its members.
The work on military units will continue and we will keep adding missing features (managing companies from military unit, sending donations to members) within next few weeks



New shout channel
We decided to make major changes to shouts:
* Admin shout channel will be replaced with friend channel
* Own shout channel will be replaced with military unit channel
* It will be possible to select the channels you wish to post your shout (Country, Friend or Military Unit)

These changes will be introduced next Sunday, together with military units module
In the future we will also add a feature to comment other people shout



Unpaid debts
We received many complaints from players, who lend gold to players, who become inactive or banned - so we need to make an official statement about it.
We will implement artificial bailiff, who will sell goods belonging to such players and pay your debts back.

I would like to notify you, that you shouldn’t lend money to citizens who aren’t trusted (ex. low level citizens or those, who already have big debt)


Military buildings cost reduction
We also decided to make it cheaper to build defensive buildings, because right now no country use them. The cost of hospitals and defense systems will be reduced by a factor of 2.
These changes mean, that all stocks of hospitals and defense systems will be multiplied by 2.
Formula and stocks will be changed next Sunday as well.



Btw. player Szuja proposed the following rule:

If you are attacking territory which is cut off from core territories, the defender should get -20% debuff (penalty in damage).
With this rule, it would be necessary to maintain supply lines and fight for territories which are now considered useless (regions without any resources)
