Hello citizens of E-sim!

Our last article brought up some important questions directed to the staff work.

So we decided to start and try a new thing out. An Q&A with the Staff members of their work and the E-sim laws, be aware we will only answer questions related to these 2 categories.
This article will only include the last articles questions, but we will make a new follow up article on this one, with all your questions that we may possible answer.

Remember this though, we can NOT answer questions regarding to game development since moderators has no whatsoever to do with that kind of work.

Lets start answering the few, but important questions that we received in the last articles comment section:

Question: Does working in your own company for 1 CC count as slavery?

This is an easy question, of course you may work for how low or high salary as you’d like in your OWN company. However in Stock Companies the current CEO will be held responsible for all kinds of slavery occurring. If shareholders in an Stock Company thinks your CEO or managers is getting too high of a salary, you have the option to remove them from their posts.

what if i join a MU that just will give me 10 Q5 food as supply because they cannot afford more?

This is a rather hard question. We do approve of Military units giving out supplies instead of regular currency or gold salaries. However there must be a rational amount of supplies being delivered instead of a regular salary. But remember, you may always leave an military unit if you think they have too high requirements for you to be in it.

So no, 10 Q5 food will not be considered as slavery as long as they receive it for EACH working session in the military units companies.

But leaving this for a bit and with the risk of repeating myself both here and the forum, is it still being worked on the issue of restoring the strength for the players like me who trained before midday?

Yes this issue has been known to us since the strength increase on the training formula. You may contact our GOA iPSiArt through This Form if you have had any issues with your strength during the update.

What about voluntary slavery? You can't call it unfair if the person chooses to work for low wages for the benefit of the employer or the benefit of the MU or country.

This is also a rather hard question. We try not be too harsh about it, but this will fall under the following law:
6. Exploiting other players and being exploited is forbidden.

- This includes account boosting. Meaning that one/several accounts are used to send their assets/work for free for another user to gain resources even if it’s by the citizens own will.

Basically we may approve of it in military unit situation where members are working for lower salary than usual in supplies, but it’s for the greater good of the military units future.

But as I said, you may at any time leave your military unit if you think you are getting paid too little. It’s your own choice.

Well, MUs should be excluded from the wage law. After all, the supply we receive for battles more than makes up for working on a minimal wage and we all agreed to do it to get into the MU.

The questions above pretty much have answered this question already. And as many probably has noticed already, or should I say, not have noticed. We do not constantly look for Military units with low salaries in either supplies or currency/gold form. But military units can and will get punished if they are using slavery workers in their companies, but we do have some indulgence for military units and receiving supplies as payment for working there.

We do want military units to evolve and most slavery cases erupts during multiple accounts or friends 2 clicking for a friend so he gains an advantage over other citizens in the game.

That was all of the questions for this time. Please, feel free to write any kind of questions regarding our staff work or the Laws in the comments section down below.
And we will try to answer them in the next follow up article that will be released later this week.

Kind Regards
Super Game Operator essex
And all of the Primera staff members.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
