Od dłuższego czasu chodziła za mną myśl zrobienia małego FAQ dotyczącego regulaminu e-sim opatrzonego moim tłumaczeniem i komentarzem. Na pierwszy ogień polecą dwa najbardziej obszerne punkty, czyli multi + cenzura.
W komentarzach lub na PM można zadawać pytania dotyczące tej części, postaram się je zebrać i umieścić odpowiedzi w następnym numerze gazetki zawierającej też omówienie dalszej części regulaminu.
1. You are only allowed to have one citizen account. Violating this law may result in a permanent ban of all your accounts.
W zależności od skali operatorzy czasami dają drugą szansę dla gracza, zostawiając mu główne konto (często z karą finansową w wysokości nielegalnie pozyskanego golda). Jeżeli jednak taki gracz postanowi kolejny raz stworzyć dodatkowe konta, kolejnej szansy już nie będzie.
Zgłaszanie - w profilu każdego gracza znajdziemy przycisk "Report Multi" należy w nim podać jak najwięcej informacji wskazujących na naruszenie praw - zarówno multi, jak i pozostałych rzeczy niezgodnych z regulaminem gry.
* If you share an IP adress or a PC with another player you must fill in the Shared IP Form. We would also want the involved accounts to send a PM in-game to one of the current Game Operators for us to confirm the shared IP.
Adres formularza można uzyskać na kanale supportu na IRC, bądź od któregoś z GO. Przypadki dzielenia adresu IP/komputera warto zgłaszać jak najszybciej. Wysłanie dodatkowej PM-ki pozwoli na szybsze "oznaczenie" konta jako wspólne.
* It is strictly forbidden to spam this form or to make false declarations of a shared IP.
* It is forbidden to have any transactions (beside referral gold) with anyone sharing your IP or PC.
Każda operacja między takimi kontami jest zabroniona, zazwyczaj takie sytuacje kończą się banem kont, czasami gdy transakcja była bardzo mała i żadna ze stron nie uzyskała korzyści może być wysłane tylko ostrzeżenie.
* It is only allowed to have a total amount of 4 accounts on the shared IP or PC.
* If you have declared your shared IP with other accounts, you are still not allowed to be together in the same military unit, work for eachother nor any sorts of transactions.
Nowością w regulaminie jest zapis o graniu w tym samym MU. Zakaz wynika ze względu na możliwość wykorzystania magazynu jednostki jako "pralni" przy przesyle między kontami.
2. All contents published by users cannot contain spam, pornography, racism, flaming, insulting content, nazism, external advertising, vulgarity, violations of any real life law or anything that the Staff team will consider as highly abusive.
Content: Includes comments, articles, private messages, avatars, citizen names, company names, shouts, Military Unit names, Party Names, Newspaper Names, MU descriptions, MU recruitment, law propositions like change welcome message, Donation/Report reason and other.
Wszystkie ww. treści można głosić do operatorów gry przyciskiem "report", w miarę możliwości dajemy jak najwięcej informacji w języku angielskim, zwłaszcza, jeżeli zależy nam wam na szybkiej reakcji GO
Spam: The following may be considered as spam; any advertisement, repetition of a message, content that has no link whatsoever with the game, content that has no purpose to be published through a certain communication method (report or donation reason for example), asking for Votes/Subs (includes lotteries where vote/subs are required to join a certain lottery).
Powtórzenia - publikowanie identycznej treści częściej niż raz na 24h. Zabronione jest również kasowanie i ponowne publikowanie shoutów aby dana treść była cały czas widoczna na głównej stronie gry. Zakazane jest również dotowanie Orgów/National Treasury z linkami np artykułów.
Procedure: When a user post a content that is forbidden, a Game Operator will delete it right away and depending on the content itself, the Game Operator might warn / temporarily ban / permanently ban the user which posted the content.
Content can either be seen abusive by the Staff, or the player/players that is it meant for to be deleted and possible punishable.
Niedozwolone treści mogą zostać wychwycone przez Staff lub gracza/graczy którzy zgłoszą je do kasacji i ewentualnego ukarania.
Zapomniano dopisać przy słynne "mute" (będzie poprawione). Przy karach brane są pod uwagę poprzednie ostrzeżenia jaki otrzymał gracz, ich ilość ma też wpływ na rodzaj kary dla gracza oraz w przypadku mute na czas jego trwania.
Real life law violations will be forwarded to proper security forces.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
