Since the very first days of e-sim there's a very particular -and very peculiar- pattern in foreign affairs:
The 2 strongest sNations always avoid at all costs to fight against each other. Instead of doing so, they always prefer to join forces and go out to easily conquer the entire sWorld. During the first days of e-sim it was sBulgaria and sLithuania the ones who were by far the strongest sNations. Instead of being rivals, sBulgaria and sLithuania chose to become allies and pray upon the rest of the sWorld, alongside with some lesser allies such as sRussia, sRomania and (I regret to say) sGreece. This was the era ALPHA dominated the game.
Nowadays it's sPoland and sLithuania the ones who are by far the strongest sNations. After a short period of rivalry, sPoland and sLithuania chose to become allies and pray upon the rest of the sWorld, alongside with some lesser allies such as sBulgaria, sRomania, sTurkey etc. This is the time G7 dominates the game.
Ok, lets face it: e-sim is not and has never been a bi-polar world, in which the 2 strongest sCountries fight each other for supremacy; e-sim is a world in which the 2 strongest sCountries join forces in order to crush all opposition, with the assistance of their lesser allies -or rather subordinates. This being the case, what's the fate of all other sCountries in the game? They cannot possibly survive; they are not strong enough to fight back the dominant Alliance. Sooner or later they will be erased from the map, one after another.
These words come from the CP of sGreece, a nation that keeps fighting desperately not to be erased from the map. Our opponents thought we wouldn't last more than a couple of days. To their astonishment -and to our own!- we've proved them wrong. We now keep fighting for more than 15 days and we are determined to fight this war to the bitter end. Yet, we know odds are against us. We know odds are against us, but we will never surrender! We may be eventually defeated, but we will never surrender!
It's understandable that any sNation in the verge of defeat will try to bargain with their oppresors, hoping they will be allowed to live. It's also understandable that a defeated and/or conquered sNation will face the tempation to capitulate, in exchange of getting [some of] their territory back. Yet, though it may sound quite reasonable, this is not the right policy. Not only in terms of national pride, but also in terms of political pragmatism. The dominant Alliance is not dominant only because of their power. The dominant Alliance is dominant because their victims do not stand united. The dominant Alliance doesn't only want to conquer our territories. Their primary goal is to break our will to fight and neutralize us one after another with a series of NAPs. If they succeed in breaking our solidarity, they will effortlessly dominate the whole sWorld -and it will be for ever. None of us stands a chance against G7 alone, but together we do stand a good chance.
As CP of sGreece, a nation that keeps fighting desperately for the last 15 days, I'd like to thank each and everyone of our Allies for fighting alongside with us. Even the smallest ammount of damage has been precious for us -and it still is. We are greatful for every ammount of damage anyone has offered us, no matter how small it may have been. In return, we hope that sGreece is setting an example of stuborn resistance for all oppressed sNations. We hope that our determination will have an inspirational effect to all sNations fighting for their freedom, just as the example of our Scandinavian Allies has had an inspirational effect on us.
The outcome of this war is uncertain. Yet, our gratitude and loyalty to our Allies is not uncertain at all. As CP of sGreece, I'd like to assure our friends and foes alike that we, Greeks, will never "sell away" our Allies in order to save our own ass. We can live without high regions; we can even live without any free region at all, if need be. But we can not live without pride, nor can we live bearing the shame that we "sold away" our faithful Allies.
P.S.: Not long ago, sGreece was offered the opportunity to sign a very favourable agreement with G7.
We didn't say "Our own sCountry's self-interest above all" -and we are proud for not saying so. We voted against the idea joining forces with G7 at the expence of our Allies -and we're proud for doing so. For us there's no point in becoming a lesser partner in the dominant Alliance and having our small part of the loot. For us there's no point in joining the oppressors, or coming to terms with them. If there's a cause worth joining, this is the cause of sWorld freedom.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
