Hello everyone, I write this letter at around midnight, under the illuminated screen of my computer with one simple thought in mind, that after nearly 185 days logged on e-sim, a pretty successful newspaper, and a list full of friends (as well as those I never bothered to add) I'm ready to leave e-sim for a while. Things I balance in the real world are taking their toll, I don't have nearly as much time to do as much as I'd like, and when I do I always tend to get wrapped up in something as soon as I do.

I'm not sure if this is due to my anger at the world of e-sim in general because of how things always end up turning out, or just because I know that I really can't find any room for e-sim anymore because of my life- but I know that I have enjoyed every battle fought in, every war won, every casualty suffered, and every wound licked because of you guys - the community.

I'm not sure if at your time of reading this I'll already be banned, and I'm not sure whether or not my articles will remain or not, to be honest I haven't really looked into it, but I feel that writing this is for the best.

While this article may be lengthy, understand it comes from the heart, and if you don't want to read it then you don't have to - I won't hold it against my friends or those I don't know, if the roles were reversed I probably wouldn't want to read a 5,000 character article myself, but I think that it's the best way to get everything out before I send out the next message and get banned for good, I won't be coming back I'm afraid.

So I'll start it like this I suppose, with my experience in the e-sim world.

I came into e-sim in day 240, the wiki pages equivalent to my first experience with AP Physics, completely confusing and yet a challenge that I decided to take on. However, I wasn't alone in my experience - I'd like to thank my friends yoyo995 , brethren3 , nbarone007 , and disel122 for joining with me and staying around this whole time. Alternatively, I'd like to thank God Father for always being around as a congressman, and as a friend.

While I've always had people around to help me in the experience, it was always my hope that I would end up in Congress, and eventually the POTUS, and while most of my friends immigrated to Canada for a bit of an easier route, I always stood by my country because I knew that this community was the most I could ever ask for, and that was evident from the first time that I saw Khaled Ibrahim come into office as the President of the United States.

I was introduced to e-sim with the pacific coast and Alaska under Russia, so I find it's a little ironic that was I leave we're both under the control of Poland, and more than that we're actually allies. So many of our ideals were compromised, so many of them tested, and so many of them changed for the sake of what people though was best for our Country. While there have been low points in this, there have been highlights in them to go along with them, such as our brotherhood with Spain staying strong throughout the struggle against Poland.

While war is necessary, some things are a bit too far, and as far I know I've never been around for an imperialistic America, which is good in the first place because I'm relatively certain that would have ended with my immigration away from the country that I have came to enjoy so much, and a community that I love. I seriously can't think of a single group of people in e-sim that I like more than everyone in e-America, and it's too bad about what Secura has done to the game, but one that I'll have to live with I suppose

The state America is currently in, admittedly, is one that I do not like, one that I look down upon because of all of the circumstances that surround every aspect of this situation. Our land is no longer ours, we're in debt for an NAP the people never wanted, and Poland once again shows that they're nothing more than a coward, and when faced with adversity they simply go below the rules to sustain themselves.

If I had to pinpoint one thing I will regret about e-sim, it's the fact that when the Polish Empire finally crumbles, I won't be around to see it topple to the ground as forces from wherever representing whichever alliance storm into the country, as well that goes for Lithuania, two countries that never cease to think about themselves, two countries I have never, and will never respect because of their abuse of other countries, and their pure numbers destroying any fabric of 'fun' the game has to offer.

So, I leave you with this - a thank you, this thank you is for every single person, from the forums to the shoutbox to the wiki to IRC, You're all so very important to me, and even though I won't be here for it, I hope to one day hear about it from someone that it has happened, and rest assured when I do come across something like this friends, I will be elated to hear about how America help topple Poland.

So I finish this article, it's now around 1:00 and I can barely keep my eyes open to post a link on the shoutbox and then request my ban, but I just wanted to say thank you... I'm truly happy to have known you all.

Thanks... I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart,
Shavrae

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
