So, I wish for another term. Why? Because i want power? Because I want the medal? Because I want to be a tyrant? All of the options are tempting.. but not what I want to do exactly. Infact, I actually want to do more things. With an active congress behind me and if my preferred candidate in the UK gets elected.. I'll go into detail about that later in the article. But, here's my cabinet, my policies, and what I want to accomplish. So without further ado, here it is!
Policies and what I want to accomplish:
Weekly Civil Wars: for your benefit and the governments benefit
Since the last civil war went.. okay, but in need of improvement, I have decided to turn it into a weekly routine, and of course, making it more organised and correct time wise. Oh, and stopping the Greeks from taking BHs with referees around. That's always needed. I won't take all the credit, it is
volshibenik who brought this together and I hope to work with him in the future on this project if he wishes too aswell.
Military
Once again, I wish to present something to you I wish to do. Dublin Guard shall now become the unit where only those who commune can go to. Everyone who doesn't commune must go into Morrigu Preachain or elsewhere. We wish to setup a better supply line, and we feel this is the best way to do this. Sorry for the quick report on this one, didn't feel it needed much explaining.
It is time for peace, not war
I must explain about our regions. This is most valuable to us due to pride.. and to get profits, of course. Can I guarantee it for certain? No, I cannot. But I can say that a pre-determined NAP with the presumptive UK president has been organised and we should, with hope, our capital and maybe two more regions. He has promised us this and hopefully he will fulfil this. I wish as much as you that we can achieve this. It is time for peace, we should not aim for war when we are this weak and without allies. We shall settle for what we can get as it is the only thing we can achieve as of yet. Until we are strong enough, I cannot guarantee you all our regions but I can guarantee atleast two.
Communication and stressing the importance of it
I feel that IRC is very valuable to us and as a small nation we should utilise it more often. I have seen our activity actually go up as a result of the civil war, but people only come on for BHs, surely they need more of a reason then that? Well, sure, yeah. I guess. And when such arises, I hope people will come on IRC. But getting yourself involved is someone you need to do if you don't want the game just to become boring, and that it'll just lead you to inactivity. Communicate, add people on Skype, speaking In the long & short term, this will be beneficial to us all. Communicating with people won't hurt you and it'll certainly help Ireland develop as a nation. You may ask why, but if people are communicating it's much easier to coordinate. And that really helps alot of the people in the government.
So, as CP, and I'll talk to our current channel owner, hopefully we can organise a few games and stuff to play on IRC or somewhere where you can win gold. I'm just a person playing this game like all of you, I value your opinion as I believe I should try to make this game as fun for everyone aswell as fun for me! IRC can be found here.
Alliances
As promised in my last presidential campaign, I did get us into an alliance. Has it really helped us? Eh.. not really. It's understandable, they are all big nations and we are small but I am aiming to try improve our standings with other countries outside of the alliance, aswell as those in our current alliance, AGC. However, I cannot say we have any friend that we can trust and vice versa, and that is something I definitely need to work on. Of course, I have once again appointed a MoFA who is experienced and hopefully we can either get ourselves in good standing with more countries or improve the standings with countries that currently have relations with us. More on that in my cabinet discussion. I aim for only the best for this nation, nothing short of it. If AGC cannot provide the best for us, I will not stop until I find someone who can.

Darragh Davis
Darragh has alot of connections with countries aswell as experience in alliances. I asked him to become my MoFA and I am very glad to have him in my cabinet this term. I believe he is only looking for the best interests in Ireland that is exactly what we need: someone who looks for only the best in Ireland and doing whatever is possible to get the best. He's the best candidate for the job.

DUB
DUB was Minister of Economy last term and he did a good job at it. Therefore, I wish to allow him to assume the role this term and we are definitely, if we get our regions back, do more then what we did last term because afterall, we didn't have any regions to tax or do stuff in. He is smart and knows what he's doing, and so I firmly believe he can do what he is capable of: making Ireland richer!

ryshpash was effectively with Patrick the Ministry of Defence and goddamn did he do a good job at it. Much better than me, I have to say. He sorted out supplies, he sorted out the companies and he made it functional. In my opinion, the best damn Minister of Defence I've seen. Ever. As I'm sure you got from that moment of praise for him, I definitely firmly believe he's the best candidate for the job. And I believe he can do the best for Ireland and keep Ireland on track. In other news, since Patrick has just started college and he said he didn't have the time (
) I am looking for a new leader to lead Dublin Guard and to keep on track with supplies, aswell as get people in DG working for supply. PM me if you have interest.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
