Pertama, saya ingin memberikan gambaran kenapa gaji Job Market jg mengalami perangan harga, silahkan diperhatikan di gambar berikut:
Di sana lah saya melihat anomalinya, gaji utk ES 3 dan 4 saling salip-menyalip. Padahal utk gaji ES 5 dst, hanya terjadi persaingan antar ES sendiri, tidak salip-menyalip, nah krn gaji utk ES 3 yg sudah menyalip gaji ES 4, makanya gaji ES 5 jg naik, dan terjadi di ES berikut2nya, sehingga tiap hari gaji bisa naik.
Kedua, saya mengkritisi sifat reseller di sIndonesia. Saya menghargai usaha kalian bisa menawarkan produk dlm jumlah besar di Pasar , namun saya kurang berkesan pd cara menukarkan IDR menjadi Gold dg cara menjual IDR di Monex . Saya tahu barang dagangan kalian bisa cepat ludes terjual, dan kalian ingin menyediakan barang lg, tetapi jika mencari gold dg cara memasang IDR Monex , rate yg saat ini tdk akan mengalami kemajuan, akan selalu berada di sana. Saran saya, jika sudah mendapatkan IDR, carilah produk di dlm negeri yg bisa dibeli dg menggunakan IDR, kemudian produk tersebut bisa diekspor melalui #strade. Dari sanalah kita "menyedot" gold, jangan selalu "membuang" gold di sana.
Ketiga,sesuai yg saya janjikan di koran sebelumnya , komentar terbaik akan mendapatkan penghargaan dr saya berupa 1 Gold, dikarenakan hanya ada 2 komentar yg membahas masalah ekonomi, jadi saya nyatakan mereka berdua sebagai pemenang, dan masing2 mendapatkan 1 Gold, berikut komentar yg dinyatakan oleh mereka:

Psychotic Berarti topik koran yg ini kan bagaimana menguras IDR di pasaran.
1. Saya setuju dgn salary tax atau PPh 50%. Arahnya jelas, untuk menyerap IDR yg ada d pasaran sekaligus "memaksa" rakyat indo (baik yang asli atau uhuk) untuk gabung MU (minimal veteran lah) dgn sistem wamil untuk mengoptimalkan potensi damage.
2. setelah IDR banyak terserap, BIARKAN IDR MENGUAT SECARA ALAMI. jangan terlalu banyak intervensi. Karena yg kita cari adalah kestabilan nilai IDR. Bukan tingginya nilai IDR.
3. Menyerap IDR lewat market harus dilakukan oleh gov sendiri. Kalo lewat pengusaha, sama aja boong karena mereka bisa melepas IDR kapan aja dan IDR jd banyak lg.. Ya kan? Terserah gimana sistem nya, yg jual produk pake IDR mesti gov sendiri.
4. Nasionalisme? Jika harga tidak jauh beda, maka ane pilih produk indo. Tp kalo beda jauh, maaf, ane beli dr bule. Ini urusan perut bung!
Percuma nasionalisme tinggi tapi akhirnya kurus kering lalu mati..

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
