It should be great to have 0% chance to be cheated when loaning gold or money to stranger (by cheated I mean not getting your gold or money back). But with this contract system it is hard. What about new loan contracts where guy who want loan in contract put his company/ies in value of loan! And after he take loan he wont be able to sell that company nor donate it to stock company till he pays of loan.
Banks
There must be some suggestion where banks are involved but I will try to make this unique.
There should be new building called bank. It should take stones and wood to make one.
There should be stone and wood cost like this:
q1 bank wood required 100 stone required 100 and productivity required 200
q2 bank wood required 200 stone required 200 and productivity required 400
q3 bank wood required 300 stone required 300 and productivity required 600
q4 bank wood required 400 stone required 400 and productivity required 800
q5 bank wood required 500 stone required 500 and productivity required 1000
To lower cost of banks they should get durability (days until it is destroyed) and it should be like this:
q1 bank days 20
q2 bank days 40
q3 bank days 60
q4 bank days 80
q5 bank days 100
Every bank should have its maximum interest rate and loan duration and it will be like this:
q1 bank interest 5% and loan duration 10 days
q2 bank interest 10% and loan duration 20 days
q3 bank interest 20% and loan duration 30 days
q4 bank interest 30% and loan duration 40 days
q5 bank interest 40% and loan duration 50 days
And there should be another method of returning loans by taking % from salary of guy who took loan and it should be like this till he pays of his loan and it should work like this:
q1 bank % of salary 5
q2 bank % of salary 10
q3 bank % of salary 15
q4 bank % of salary 20
q5 bank % of salary 25
There should be some kind of building that will be able to make banks and it should have only 2 workers and productivity formula should be like this
P = 10 * (5+E) * N * Q
P - productivity
E - worker skill
N - number of workers (with one worker it should be 1 and with two it should be 1.5)
Q - company quality (it will be 1)
And for banks when taking loan there also should be option to put your company/ies in value of loan (and you wont be able to sell it nor donate stock company) and if you dont return loan in time owner of bank should take over your company! And it should be like this when your bank is destroyed guys who took loan still need to pay it back!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
