當時該名移民的理由填寫得十分美好
申請台灣之公民權，爲了建設一個更加美好的台灣。希望可以批准我的申請，感謝各位議員的幫助。
基於兩國情誼因此議員並沒多作他想，便批准了移民申請。
是的，他就是
Solotar 。
甫移民至此的Solotar馬上便提出想參選CP的想法。
當時已連任四任皇帝的小闇，也很大方的禮讓其參選。
當時的我們抱持的心態是讓其他人嘗試無妨，若是有心做事那是樂觀其成，反之我們手頭上握有全部議員席次亦不擔心被亂搞。
當Solotar當選之後召開的第一次會議，我們才發覺當初我們的決定是錯誤的。
在會議上Solotar提出他荒誕又天馬行空的方案，我相信當初在場的議員印象都十分深刻，有興趣的國民可以向當初與會的議員們索取log檔。
會說他的方案荒誕又天馬行空就是因為他考量事情不是建立在現實考量上，而是他認為事情該走的方向，以至於當初會議上他剛提出來馬上就被質疑到爆炸。
呵～他後來說他很大方的退讓了，但事實上是，他繼續堅持他的路線馬上就有議員準備發動彈劾案讓他下來。
實際上在這次會議之後他個人幾乎就完全神隱了，也不再作後續的相關討論。
嗯…他說他IRC都有登啦…，但是就毫無反應只是掛網而已說實在我連他有沒有登都很懷疑，說實在的看不出來這跟他所認為的那些怠忽職守的官員有什麼差別。
政府內其他成員要連絡他只能透過遊戲PM，因為顯然是我們多數人要去遷就他少數…呃其實就他一人。
而就在月初他的台灣中立遠離sC論發表後沒多久，世界局勢就開始慢慢轉變，sC跟sTW針對毛子與猴子發起的起義作戰屢有所獲，在作戰期中他本人大部分時間還是只能用PM連繫作戰機要。
任期結束後不再由他連任，而是由小闇展開他的第五任皇帝任期。
到了六月開始，他漸漸的越來越喜歡恣意批評政府。
噢我的意思當然不是說批評不得，你批評的有理誰也沒話說。
但你其實就只是在說廢話罷了，所謂的政府運作講白了就是那五人左右的苦力在支撐運作。
你自己就任CP的時候我怎麼都不見你的人影，但是你噴別人倒是噴的挺大力的。
你那些無謂的要求都只是在增加這五個人的負擔，而你只需要出一張嘴噴。
我必須承認這真的挺輕鬆的，不就領導嘛，只要下指令當然輕鬆囉。
如果說不行，這是無端增加我們這幾位苦力的負擔，你大爺就只會噴人獨裁。
你說為什麼你毛遂自薦要當組織號管理人，我們還要你提使用的計畫。
就憑你三月混成那副德性的表現，我們信得過你嗎？抱歉我第一個說我信不過。
就憑你都當過一任總統還搞不清楚到底是團庫在支撐國庫，還是國庫在支撐團庫，你這混到極點的前總統我信你嗎？
講到團庫我就光火，台灣在光復之前被佔領幾個月，你以為哪邊來的國家稅收？
那有請教領導，這幾個月間的起義，戰事支出，軍費都誰出的？
國庫？我呸！就在你那篇嘴砲文出來的時候，在首都及高雄兩地安裝的DS設施，也都是MOB自己生產出來無償供國家使用的，需不需要MOB跟您老人家請款？
連簽MPP的錢，都還是從MOB團庫挪出到國庫支付費用的，我看這您老人家大概根本都不知道吧？
獨裁？真是笑話了。
我們一向歡迎任何有心要幫忙的苦力到政府團隊裡參與運作，就連你這個混章總統我們都沒拒絕，不過是請您老人家向我們擬個使用計畫您就受不了了，是我們問題還是您的問題？組織號事關重大，難道不需要一個大概的使用計畫讓我們知道你要怎麼使用嗎？
不過您這些打嘴砲的事情就算了我們苦力還能忍受，頂多心裡不舒服。
我最光火的是你打著民主的旗號創立另外的政黨。
3G黨從未打壓過任何人，議員選舉只要有出來講想做事甚至都會安排到保送名單內。
今天打著民主的口號，你這混帳到底把台灣捅出多大的洞我想你大概跟本不會去想吧？
小國最經不起PTO勢力的入侵，這也是為什麼一直以來台灣都只維持著一個政黨。
因為我們本土玩家可以保證集結力量守住黨主席的位置，也從而守住議員席次不受外國人染指。
你今天開一個新政黨，就為了你好玩的民主，你給國家帶來多少隱藏的危險你知不知道？
更不用說今天瑪麗亞總算發現這破洞，你知不知道只要讓他選上黨主席就等於開一個永遠停不了的大洞？
而這個政黨開多久了？快三十天！
你是有招募到什麼黨員？甚至搞到到了今天還有被PTO政黨的危機？
我對你的忍耐已經到了極限。
你，不過就是一個說得比唱得好聽，緊閉雙眼沉浸在自己夢想裡的夢想家，從不肯去正視現實！
所以我昨晚在與眾人討論後決定，調派支隊進入民主黨強制武力介入。
武力介入後的民主黨，以後每個月將由從這邊委派去的

你有本事出來搞新政黨，你就要有本事靠自己把它守護好，而既然你辦不到，抱歉，你就沒有說話的權利，負責幫你收爛攤子的人才有話語權。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
