Today I have decided to interview Molson
He created a new public company last week and I asked him few questions.

Hello Molson, first I want to know a little more about you.
What is Age in RL and where you located?
-I am 29, which may seem old to spend so much time on these games lol. I am a true born Canadian and I currently live in a Northern Ontario city.
Why you did you choose the name Molson?
-I choose Molson because nothing is more Canadian than the Molson brand. It is so Canadian that I even named my cat Molson haha
Why have you decided to create the Molson Group?
-I have to start that question off with a little history about myself. I have been playing these types of games for years and as most of us, I started over in eRep. This is back in the early days where they took care of the players and had a well balanced game. I was very involved in all the modules over there but enjoyed and focused my time in the economic module. Who doesn’t like making money, even if it is only virtual currency. Anyways, to make a long story short, I found my way to eSim and fell in love with what they are doing with the economic modules. This lead me to want to focus solely on the economy, and as you obviously know as we have had some “public discussions”(haha) I have dabbled a little in the media. With that being said, my one true love for these games is the economic module. I have the expertise, both in game and in RL, to be extremely successful in this part of the game and enjoy doing what I am doing. Running an investment group, at its simplest form, is simple. To be successful, you need to make money and the more you make the more successful you become. Obviously this is simple to say but the challenges are limitless and I this is where I will thrive.
What is your goal in a near future?
-The easy answer is ‘Make LOTS of Money”. The longer answer is a little more detailed. I would like to see Molson Group become the leading Canadian Investment Corp and bank. Should the Molson Group expand globally then that would be a bonus, but as of right now, our plan is to focus the majority of our time helping our fellow Canadians make money. What makes us different is that we are privately owned and not held back by politics or government bureaucracy and red tape. This allows us the freedom to make Money for our investors which come hand in hand with making money for ourselves. We do not have tax payer money to back up our bad choices which gives our investors the peace of mind knowing that we will and HAVE to be efficient and effective in what we do.
What kind of investor you looking for?
-Anybody willing to invest is the perfect investor for us. If you view Our Website , Molson Group offers a wide variety of investment opportunities. These include safe and secured investments that cater to those who like to avoid risk and just want to receive a steady income on their investment, all the way to high risk investments that have the potential to wield a very large profit. Saying we work for all investor types is not just a sales pitch for us, we actually do and we back up what we preach.
Even if you want to invest 1 gold in a very safe mutual fund, you will be treated the exact same as if you were to buy 10 shares of our IPO . We are all in this together no matter how much you want to invest. Molson Group cannot do it without the investors.
What is the difference between your company and the other Canadian company?
-The main difference is Molson Group has based their corporate structure on customer service and making the investors happy, something in which we all take pride in. We need our investors more than our investors need us which means making them money and keeping them happy is priority number ONE. Additionally, we at the Molson group realize that not every investor is the same, some are looking for something safe, some are looking for steady returns, some are looking to make a quick buck and some are looking for long term growth. Because of this, we offer a wide variety of diverse investment opportunities that can cater to any and all investors. We are truly an Investment Group for all Canadians.
Some people seem screwed by libertine’s public company because he always issues shares to reduce investor power, how would Molson group secure their investors based on this point?
-I can’t really go into the heads of his current investors but I can give an opinion based on my personal experience as a former investor in his company. Initially I was happy that Libs started up a share company and was one of the very first investors and bought up 5 shares at 2.5 gold. He had promised dividends and he was the current CP. (Sidenote: Investing in a multiple time CP’s company should be considered safe as you know they have access to private information that they could use in their share company. Usually for the better and usually for the betterment of their shareholders) As a few days had passed, Libs had done some really “not smart” things, such as buying useless companies, multiple share issues, stock splits, and even changing the issue price almost daily. This automatically set off red flags for me and I posted in the shout box a few questions. Questions that for the most part went unanswered and the very few/vague answers I received, did not ease my worry and did not make much sense. Immediately I decided to cut my loss and sell my shares for what I could. Something in hindsight turned out to be the best move available and something his other investors are starting to do. Call it luck that I did was able to do it first, but I do not believe in luck and I believe in my financial knowledge to realize what was happening and take the best course of action. Since the time I left, there has been 3 more price changes and another share issue at a much reduced price which can be seen as a metaphoric kick to the face to investors. There has also been a few dividends release, which sound good but due to the massive amount of shares, each investor is only receiving peanuts and may never see themselves breaking even.
Molson Group operates on a completely different level. We are not solely focused on one single revenue stream. The Molson Group offers such a wide variety of investment opportunities, loans, services, companies, and even betting/lotteries that we can and do offer a larger pot for our investors to take from. We are not tied to a single sector’s ups and downs, the Molson Group is all about diversifying and ensure when one sector is slow, we can maximize ourselves in a sector that is high. And as I said more than a few times, The Molson Group revolves around it’s investors and therefore we need to keep them happy. What makes people more happy than knowing their money is safe, they are not being ignored, and best of all, they are making money.
Finally, some free words, if you want to say anything
-At Molson Group, we are not trying to do anything extradonary, in fact, we are only looking to do things right and the way they are SUPPOSE to be done. Maybe that in itself can be considered special. Our goal is to make money and we need our investors to do so. Investors need to be happy and need to make money themselves. The choice is obvious on what we have to do and how we are suppose to do it. Happy Investors who make money keep coming back.
Lastly,
I would like to thank you H3lba for the interview. We have had some heated discussions in the past and I am glad that we could both put that behind us and sit down for an honest and open conversation. This game is no fun if you take things too seriously and this interview is clear proof of that. We did not let a past argument, as heated as it was, become personal or hold any personal vendettas. Keep up what you are doing, if Canada is lacking one thing, it is active people publishing worthwhile articles that are worth reading. A void that you are filling.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
