GOURRYNSX 被 ban 事件。
Game operator
Luis Ariel Zavarella 以“僅以剝削為目的邀請其他玩家進行遊戲是被禁止的（例如，強迫他們以最低工資工作或者將他們的財產捐給你）”為由，將 GOURRYNSX 永久封禁。
其後不久，
TigerG 也慘遭封禁。Game operator admin 
Miniteck 援引“以虛假或瑣碎的議題來向管理團隊侮辱、威脅、辱駡或請願是被禁止的”條款，將 TigerG 永久封禁。雖然沒有核實，但想來原因與 GOURRYNSX 被 ban 有關。
至此，我們損失了兩位主力玩家，這真的是一件非常遺憾的事情。
雖然與二位沒有深交，在很多議題方面意見相左，但不可否認二位對台灣的巨大貢獻。
二位廣泛活躍于遊戲內部諸多領域以及 IRC 頻道。
無論是戰力捐款，組織事務，還是參與討論，都時常見到兩位的身影。
這一系列事件，對 sTaiwan 來說是重大打擊。
民眾之中瀰漫著一種對遊戲管理員，乃至於遊戲管理團隊的怨氣。
這種心情我非常理解，但我不得不撰寫此文，號召各位以理性務實的態度解決問題。
e-sim 作為一個網頁遊戲，顯而易見需要遊戲管理員的存在。
而以其非盈利性遊戲的現狀，就勢必要招募玩家來做遊戲管理員。
這部份人具有雙重身份，既是遊戲者，又是管理員。
無可避免的，他們在管理遊戲的同時，會帶上自己的主觀傾向。
而管理員團隊通過招募對立陣營玩家做遊戲管理員，來維持管理員團隊整體的立場平衡。
GOURRYNSX 被 ban 只是一個 Game operator 根據部份事實，利用職權的處理行為。
僅此而已，並不意味著更多。
雖然沒有對事實進行詳細瞭解和認真核查，但可以預料的：
GOURRYNSX 是遊戲核心玩家，曾用大量歐元支持遊戲。
對於這樣的玩家，G.O 處理起來會相對謹慎，如果捏造事實封禁，反而會使自己受到懲罰。
因此，G.O 的處罰必然有某種程度上的事實依據。
我把這種行為稱為
GOURRYNSX 遊戲中的不檢點之處。
對這些事實，可以做兩種解讀：
1
GOURRYNSX 違反遊戲規則，理應予以封禁。（G.O 在主觀傾向下採取了此種處理）
2
GOURRYNSX 在正常遊戲的過程中不可避免的犯下了無意之失。（同樣是由於主觀傾向，我們更希望事實是這種情況，并認為在警告后應該可以解封）
那麼事實究竟如何？需要聯繫當事人來申訴解釋。
部份玩家衝動的情緒化表達，向管理團隊抗議，更給了相關人士封禁我們主力玩家的藉口。
因此，希望各位玩家務必保持理性克制。
不要把遊戲管理員，管理團隊中個別人的行為，理解為整個管理團隊的態度。
不要把對於遊戲中不檢點行為的不同解讀，臆斷為部份管理員操縱規則，隨意封禁玩家。
我們要與當事人溝通，瞭解清楚情況。
如果管理員的處理有不當之處，堅決申訴到底。
但絕不能在不明真相的前提下被煽動，跟整個遊戲管理團隊對抗。
個人建議的解決方案：
1 聯絡當事人
GOURRYNSX ， TigerG ，安撫不滿情緒，瞭解事情相關情況。不能因為對部份管理人員的不滿，嫌麻煩，放棄維護自己正當權益的申訴。
2 聯絡我方 G.O，如
wuliaodjq 等。瞭解對遊戲規則的詳細解釋，以事實為依據，尋找永久封禁判罰的不當之處。
3 按照既定的規則和程序進行申訴。如果有需要，號召玩家進行連署，要求徹查 G.O 濫用職權，封禁核心玩家的行為。
4 根據客觀事實及最終的處理情況，做出繼續遊戲還是放棄遊戲的選擇。如果相關人員有意違規，確定無疑，那麼封禁可以接受。但如果是無心之失，或者被別有用心的玩家陰謀陷害，那應當予以解封。
如果遊戲管理員團隊以維護處罰權威性為藉口，拒絕對不恰當的處理決定進行修正，我們可以在報紙上公開揭露此種黑幕后選擇退出。
希望他們的朋友及時與他們聯繫，勸說他們堅決申訴。

希望各位 sTaiwan 的玩家，保持理性克制，不要做出不合適的行為。
我們要以事實和規則為依據，據理力爭，維護玩家的合法權益。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
