I publish this article today because I noticed many people don’t read how this game is working
With the actual war against South Korea many player propose stupid strategy, so I think some notion are needed.
To help you understand I’ll use two country, A and B
First: the INITIATIVE
The initiative is an action a country got that grants her the opportunity for 24 hours to attack his opponent without he can attack.
If countries A declare a war to a country B they’ll have for 24hours the initiative.
They have 24 hours to attack the B country.
If they win they have again the initiative for 24
If they lose B country will won the initiative and can attack A country without A country can attack for 24 hours.
If B wins they will keep again 24 hours.
The initiative work only for the battle, resistance war are isolated battle and win or lose them has no influence on the initiative.
If a country doesn’t attack during his initiative time, the first of the 2 country who attack the other will keep it.
second: MPP rules
If both A and B country have common MPP the first who attack lose his MPP.
Example: A and B have both MPP with C
A attack B
A automatically lose his MPP with C
If they make another MPP with C and they attack again B they’ll lose again the MPP with C.
I hope with those rules, now you can understand why we have lost some MPP and why sometimes we can attack.

Avec notre guerre actuelle contre la Corée du Sud, pas mal de joueurs proposent des idées non réalisables, donc je pense que certaines notions sont nécessaires.
Pour vous aider à comprendre je vais utiliser deux pays imaginaire: A et B
Premièrement: L’ INITIATIVE
L’initiative est une mécanique qu’un pays possède et qui lui permet d’attaquer un pays pendant 24 heures sans que ce dernier ne puisse attaquer.
Si le pays A déclare une guerre au pays B il aura pendant 24 heures l’initiative.
Il a 24 heures pour attaquer le pays B
S’il gagne la bataille il regagnera l’initiative pendant 24 heures
S’il perd la bataille, le pays B gagne l’initiative et peu pendant 24 heures attaquer le pays A sans que celui-ci puisse attaquer.
Si le pays gagne ça bataille il regagnera aussi l’initiative pendant 24 heures
L’initiative ne fonctionne que pour les guerres directe, les guerres de résistance sont des batailles isolé et les gagner ou perdre n’influent pas sur l’initiative.
Si un pays n’attaque pas pendant le temps où il possède l’initiative, le premier des deux pays qui attaquera la prendra.
Deuxièmement : la Règle des MPP
Si les pays A et B ont des MPP en commun, le premier des deux qui attaquera perdre ces MPP.
Exemple: A et B ont tous les deux un MPP avec C
A attaque B
A perd automatiquement sont MPP avec C
Si ils refont un MPP avec C mais qu’il ré attaquent B encore ils perdront encore leur MPP avec C
J’espère qu’avec ces quelques règles vous pouvez comprendre pourquoi nous avons perdu quelques MPP et que certaines fois nous ne pouvons attaquer

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
