Je sais vous vous dites déjà « Ho putain pas encore lui » ou même peut-être « Qu'est ce qu'il nous veut ce boulet... »? Je sais que vous m'aimez tous, arrêtez ce genre de marque d'affection
Comme le titre l'indique si bien, j'ai décidé de me retenter ma chance au congrès pour le mois à venir et je vous invite donc à prendre acte de ma candidature et de surtout voter pour moi au risque que je vous harcèle en PM durant un mois complet
Je ne suis pas du style à balancer un simple acte de candidature donc je vous propose un petit bilan du mois qui s'est écoulé et mes projets pour pour le prochain. SERIOUS BUSINESS IS SO SERIOUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS §§§§§
Bilan personnel du mois qui s'est écoulé.
Je ne suis pas du style à me jeter des fleurs donc je qualifierai de moyen le mois que j'ai fait au congrès. J'ai essaye de faire du mieux possible mon boulot de Président du Congrès tout en proposant quelques projets ici et la.
Mon plus gros échec est la communication du congrès que je n'ai pas réussi à faire décoller mais j'espère me rattraper ce mois-ci en proposant peut-être un nouveau format plus facile et moins contraignant pour un meilleur niveau de communication. Après il y a un autre problème concernant la communication qui est le suivant : tant qu'il y aura pas plus de 3 congressistes motivés a réellement bossé, la communication ne pourra jamais se faire correctement car on ne peut pas demander à 2 personnes de tout gérer pendant 1 mois complet.... c'est pas humain....

Je suis assez heureux d'avoir lancé le projet de RIC même si celui-ci a du mal a émerger mais c'est maintenant une question de jours, voir d'heures. C'est pour m'assurer de sa mise en application que je me représente ce mois-ci.
De manière globale maintenant, le congrès n'a rien fait de phénoménale à mon goût. Il reste un organe administratif se contentant la plupart du temps de voter les lois de donates et de se pencher, quand le cœur lui en dit, sur les naturalisations. Il manque encore une grosse part de motivations chez les congressistes et j'espère sincèrement que cela va aller en s'améliorant car ça entraîne beaucoup de monde dans un cercle vicieux du style "bah ils foutent rien, pourquoi moi je me bougerai le cul...".
Mes projets pour le mois à venir.
Pour commencer si je suis, je me proposerai pour occuper de nouveau le poste de Président du Congrès. Au moins ça c'est fait
Je voulais proposer au congrès un nouveau système de communication car malgré la proposition du gouvernement en place de laisser aux congressistes une tribune libre dans le BO, cela s'est avéré être un véritable échec.
"La gazette du congrès" : Cela pourrait voir le jour en créant ce topic en partie publique donc ouvert à tous. Je m'explique : Le congressiste motivé pourra ainsi faire un petit résumé quand il le veut et surtout quand il en a envie sur le sujet qu'il souhaite. Cela est moins restrictif que des articles a donner en temps et en heures et permettra peut-être à certains de s'exprimer plus facilement. Cette section pourrait aussi permettre aux citoyens de poser d'interpeller directement le congrès sur tel ou tel question. Ça pourrait donc aussi devenir un lieu d'échange modéré bien sur par le Président du Congrès pour éviter tout dérapages.
Je continuerai, bien sur, à participer aux débats ou je peux apporter quelque chose car sinon, je préféré sincèrement me taire

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
