Hello everyone,
As you all know or not know the White house press release has started a competition for the best written article and the most articles written by one author. I personally think if the articles lack content they should not count to the most articles category but I’m not the judge. Seeing how I’m constantly in game and out I would not even stand a chance anyway, but I think I can give some of us a run for their money in quality. So Department of Interior and there contest of quality, I have 2 words

Now the question is what to write about…..hmmmmm …….oh I know, when I first started this game I role-played an insurgent fighting Russia when we were occupied (hints the name) and I had a good story going too. So why not write about what I’m good at? Before I begin let me remind you that this is NOT propaganda against or for Russia, this is strictly a story related to events that happened in sUSA in eSim.
Without further ado, I present:

Hello, my name is Julia Farris and I am a citizen of the sUnited States. Our country is currently in peace and in no danger thanks to diplomacy at the cost of Alaska, Washington state, Oregon and California. My husband is working at a bread making factory and his salary is enough for us to afford some nice quality meals on a daily basis and a decent quality house. Occasionally he surprises me with gifts; I do the same for him when I play the market with stocks in iron. I was lucky to have these stocks when they were cheap and the sUSA could produce its own iron. Now it’s more expensive because we now have to export our iron, I just make a profit here and there when I can as a middle woman, buy low sell high. Our lives are pretty good right now but there was a time when everything was not so certain. every time I look out the window I see my home town of New York recovering from the ruins of one of the biggest battles this continent has ever seen. I still think about the events of a couple months ago, those days were some dark times for us.

(in case you’re wondering, this is actually Aya Brea from the Parasite eve games, the games take place in new York so she makes a perfect visual aid)
The sUSA was currently in a losing war with sRussia and the Russians were marching east and New York City was only a stone’s throw away from the Russians. The day before the city was evacuated but I stayed in the city, my fiancé at the time did not meet up with me at the designated place in Central Park. On a normal day the park would be bustling with activity with activity but today was not normal, the park was empty with the exception of a few bums who were unwilling to leave and on occasion a reporter would walk up to me to ask me for an interview to explain why I’m still in the city I politely declined and sat quietly on the bench next to the lake, worrying about my fiancé. The sky seemed to match my feelings, the more I worried, the darker and cloudier it got. It’s been a long day… I fell asleep on that bench eventually.

I was awakened by that same reporter interviewing a soldier, but something was different on this soldier. This soldier did not have the same attire as the typical sUS army soldier. I listened in to the interview to find out what was going on. “So tell me, do you take your orders from the government?” asked the reporter “no ma’am” the mystery soldier replied and followed up with “the Band of Brothers are a private militia, we are cooperating with the government and the to defend our country however. I take my orders directly from Commander Leroy Combs ” I took a second look at the soldier, he didn’t look like a militia member I had in mind a rag tag group, he didn’t look like a federal troop either. I could tell this militia was well funded due to his equipment and professional look.

In the distance I heard something similar to the sound of a blowtorch, and it was progressively getting louder. Everyone at this moment was looking at the sky to find out what was going on. There was now a loud roar and something was moving among the clouds but it was hard to say what it was due to the bad weather. The militia member then pulled out his walkie-talkie and yelled “Commander Combs! Were those jets Russian? ” a voice replied “negative, those are Chinese Shenyang J-11 fighter jets, they were sent to intercept Russian Tupolev Tu-160 bombers. I think the s@%& is about to hit the fan, your orders are to link up with Liquid HOMICIDE ’s squad in Harlem, he is going to need every man he can get”. The militia member then hastily ran in the direction of the parking lot. The reporter and her camera man then started to run in the same direction. Not knowing what to do at this point I followed them. They eventually ran up to a van with “the sCanadian Enquire” logo on the side. The camera man opened the side door for me so I assumed I was going to ride with them, which I did.

The militia member was assembling a huge machinegun on the back of a truck. He and 3 other members were doing various tasks. I assumed they were getting it ready for combat. “You know, some footage of that technical would be good for our careers” said the camera man. “No” replied the reporter as she started to drive the van “I want us to be remembered as a legends not just get a pat on the back. We have to get to a roof top and witness the start of this battle we don’t have time to spare so hurry up!” I was astonished to hear this bit of “news”. These people were so insane I didn’t even notice the word that came out of my mouth “……what?” “that’s right girly, once we stop you better keep going on foot, reporter teams such as us live for opportunities such as this” replied the reporter with a somewhat smile on her face. The camera man then added “if I were you I would take the Midtown tunnel out of here, its underground which is safer than a bridge and its upriver a bit away from where Russian ships will be coming from, it’s also on the west side of Manhattan Island, the Russians will be coming from the east” the reporter then stopped the van, “we’ll use this building to our right “she said. We all then left the van, the camera man again being a gentleman opened my door for me. “Oh my god, would you look at that” the camera man said in amazement as he looked up as the sky over central park. There were paratroopers all over the sky’s everywhere. Central park however had bigger para-drops such as create which I assumed to be supplies, tanks and other vehicles from really big planes (if you have not noticed yet I personally have a good understanding of modern day weapons but Julia does not so I’m not naming off every war machine and weapon by name). In the distance a flapping noise was ringing and rapidly getting louder. The camera man was now filming war supplies being dropped into central park. The flapping was now so loud I could not yell and get anyone’s attention, but I noticed my hair move due to wind. A helicopter with a gun on the bottom came around the building the reporter and camera man planned to film on top of. The camera man now started to film the chopper. The chopper floated above the camera man and started to stare back at him. The gun on the bottom started to lock onto the reporter, I started to fear this machine….it was huge and had 2 spinning blades above it instead of one. After a minute the chopper then lifted above the ground a little higher and flew in the direction of central park. “Well I guess he though my camera was a weapon….. I hope that militia guy is ok” the camera man said with a hint of fear in his voice.

At this point the two news team members and I bided each other Farwell. I started jogging in a random direction; I didn’t want to leave the city without finding my fiancé so I didn’t take the camera mans advice. Two and a half hours pass and surprisingly I didn’t see any military personnel anywhere, I did hear the roar of aircraft all around me however along with the sounds of exploding ordinance and small arms fire in the distance, but nowhere close. I approached an abandoned hot dog stand; I realized I have not eaten anything in the past day and a half. I checked the inside of the cart, the franks in the cart were starting to rot, but surprisingly the cart had snacks still hanging from the sides. I could not help myself as I started to rip the bags and indulge myself. I had a pile of snack bags up to my ankle when I realized a vehicle was coming in my direction. It was shameful how unnoticed the vehicle was before I finally heard it come to a halt 10 feet from me. I turned my head to find heavily armored jeep parked on the road near me that had that all too familiar red star on it. (Trivia; the Russian Federation still uses the red star as a military symbol though today its more likely to have a blue outlining)

To my surprise there was not just one Russian vehicle but many that followed behind the lead vehicle. They all seemed to position themselves in a defensive pattern.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
