First of all my thanks to you all for electing me as president. It is an honour to work for sPakistan.
Now onto more important stuff. First of all congratulations to you all. We now have our own:
Forums:
Link to Forums . Click it to view forums. All sPakistanis are encouraged to join and be active on forums. As thats where most of the community work will be done from now on.
Two of the important sections of the forums are congress sections (you won't be able to see it unless you are a congressmen) and citizenship application section .
Law Proposals:
All congressmen are advised that if you want to propose any law PLEASE first discuss it in Law Proposals Section . You will also have to wait for discussion to finish for 24 hours. Even if people disagree with you. You can still propose it but after discussion because that way you will have at least heard the arguments in favour or against any law. Also I request all congressmen to VOTE NO to any law that is proposed without discussions in the forums no matter how good the law looks to you. That is uphold the procedure and organization of the congress, to make sure that no unnecessary laws are proposed AND that new congressmen who don't understand one or the other thing understand these things during the discussions so that we can prepare the future leaders of sPakistan.
Citizenship Applications:
All the people who want to apply for sPakistani citizenship must reply in Citzienshp Application Thread . All congressmen who receive requests for approval of citizenship please direct them there. Its extremely important to avoid giving CS to some PTO-er. All congressmen accepting citizenship and the citizens getting citizenship without following this procedure WILL be black listed. The discussion for the citizenship applications will be at this thread . Again only congressmen, seniors, cabinet and Armed Forces Commanders and moderators will be able to see this threads. Once you join the threads, I will include you in these groups if you are one of these. And congressmen, cabinet and commanders will be able to reply while seniors and moderators will only be able to view and read the congress section and other secret sections.
Lastly I have also made Suggestions and Complaints about The Forums Section . You can use it to inform me about any issues you are facing regarding the forums. Even guests can view, read and post to it.

Now onto
Presidential Address:
I will cut the sentimentality and sweet words and come straight to the point. I want sPakistan to be organized. Thats what I have been trying to do before my election as president and thats what I will continue.
The cabinet will be announced by tomorrow or day after tomorrow after I have discussed with the people I have in mind. But for now I would just like to say that like the congress candidates of PDP I would expect my cabinet to be active. Anyone who is offered a place in the cabinet will be required to do the work in given time. And not doing so will result in your removal from cabinet though I would not mention it so that you don't feel defamed but I will cut you off automatically.
The rest of the details about cabinet in the next article.
Now a quick look at what I intend to do during the term with respect to my cabinet during my term, details will be given in next article.
New players and Baby Boom Efforts:
1. Tutorials for every module of the game will be prepared by New Player and Baby Boom Corps, hereby referred to as, NBC, within my term and their links will be included 'New Citizen Message' of sPakistan.
2. We will make efforts to bring in more Pakistanis from eRepublik.
3. A baby boom video will be made and uploaded on youtube and dailymotion.
4. Facebook will be spammed with interesting articles from the game. I have yet to discuss this idea with NBC and Media Corps.
Defense and Armed Forces Development:
1. We will try to ensure that an order is set up round the clock in the official Military Unit of sPakistan, which at the moment is 'Special Service Group'. For that I have certain proposals which I will discuss with sectorclear or malik is king and inform you of their results in the next article.
2. We will also start to build up the communes for the armed forces [b]slowly[/b] as we aren't exactly a rich country. But it will be done. And we will begin work on it somehow. Installation of defense systems will also be tried in our important regions but that again depends on money and availability of defense systems but this will take second priority to the set up of communes.
3. We will try and start a training war with India or Iran as soon as our 30 day peace is over so that our soldier can have something to munch on but that, of course, will depend on the consent of the opponent nation.
International Relations:
1. My top priority in foreign affairs will be ensuring good relationship with [b]both China and Indonesia.[/b] For that members of Foreign Affairs Corps (FAC) will be immediately sent off to Indonesia and China to discuss our relationship and I will also write articles in China and Indonesia as soon as possible. You will be informed about the results as soon as something productive is done about it. I know they are both from different alliance but that won't be a problem for us as I, for now, intend to take sPakistan on the path of neutrality and watch around until we can see where to settle down.
2. I will also send people to India and Iran and write articles there to inform and them of our neutral status and to discuss possibility of a training war.
3. After these things are done. I will send off our ambassadors to all the three alliances as well as important neutral nations so that we can maintain our presence in the international affairs.
Internal Affairs:
This will include efforts to avoid PTO. Organization of parties, which I already begun with my PDP campaign and helping in retention. Internal Affairs Corps (IAC) (If any) would be closely connected with NBC.
Economic and Financial Affairs:
This will be include the revision of taxes every week and changing them, if needed, according to the international market. Also regulating the monetary market to some extent by printing currency and putting it up for sale in monetary market. Also it will be duty of Economics and Finance Corps to handle and organize the set up of communes according to our needs.
Media and Social Affairs:
This will also be closely connected to NBC. Moreover, some media and social affairs projects will be started which will be to try and make people more active in media, forums and IRC.
With this I would also like to announce the formation of our new IRC channel.

Apart from that you can also send me pms I will try to answer them as soon as possible. And if you want to make the complain or suggestion public. About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
