First of all I would like to announce the formation of
Pakistan Democratic Party Click on the name to access the party page.
Pakistan Democratic Party is the first party of ePakistan and the idea is to bring a perfect form of democracy and organization in our politics. The party was formed today on day 229 of e-sim.
1.Congress Elections:
At the moment congress elections are quite near and 5 people from the party have already presented themselves as candidates. However, in order to bring organization in the party line. Following are the requirements if you would like to take part in congress elections from Pakistan Democratic Party.
All party member wishing to run for congress will have to take an oath of loyalty to the party that
(a)If you are chosen and elected as party candidate to the congress. You will abide by the party decision in case of proposals. The party decisions will be taken by a voting between all the party members.
(b) If you are elected as congress members you will remain in the party until the time of next congress elections and not change parties before that.
2.Presidential Elections:
I will start taking applications from the members wishing to take part in the presidential elections from 27th April and all the people can apply for it. Provided you fulfill following conditions:
(a) Of course, you must be a party member
(b) You should be an RL(real-life)-Pakistani. As this is very important position and we can't risk PTO at all.
OR
You should be 3 times congressmen of ePakistan.
OR
Some trusted ePakistani should vouch for you.
OR
You are a trusted ePakistani in the other game (you know which one I mean
)
(c) You will have to take an oath of loyalty to ePakistan (not to party) and also that you will be active during presidential term unless something really serious comes in real-life in which case you will resign (i.e. make sure yourself that you are impeached).
3. Party President
Here I can only request the party members of the party. I will set out the rules and to follow and get them followed will be the duty of the party members.
(a) You should take an oath of loyalty to the party and that you will follow the above rules and procedures and make sure that above rules are followed. And I request the party members to vote for only such members as take the oath and are approved by the Executive Council.
(b) Party President of PDP will also take the oath that he will not run for Presidential elections himself.
Executive Council:
It will be composed of the first ten or the oldest 10 members of the party. It will have no extra powers as compared to a normal member except:
(a) In case, there an emergency decision to be taken. It will be decided by the executive council in emergency and instead consultation of the whole party. An emergency decision will only be that whch is to be taken in less than 6 hours. Otherwise the whole party will be asked to vote.
(b)The Executive Council will approve 2 party members through mutual discussion and voting for elections of party president and the party members will vote only for those 2 members and no one else. To make sure that Executive Council doesn't make wrong use of this authority. If there are more than 20 members in the party. At least 1 of those 2 candidates should be from the normal members and not the executive council.
At the moment following are the members of PDP Executive Council:

5. Lacos
6.King Usama
Of course if these people would like to take these rule. The next 4 members will also be members of the executive council. If at any time any of these members leave the party they will lose their position as the members of Executive Council and the 11th member in the seniority in the party will automatically become the member of Executive Council. After that even if these members come back their inclusion in the Executive Council will only be in the number of their new joining. This is not applicable in the cases where someone leaves the party to perform some duty for ePakistan.
Lastly, this isn't the party of anyone so any member can proposal to any change any of the details about the party like its name or its logo, so to speak and after voting of party members if it is passed party president will comply with the desires of the members.

Now onto a topic of national interest apart from the party. Today I saw a shout from our president. That there has been a proposal proposed in congress to transfer 20 Gold to President so that he could make a 'National Party'. I would request all ePakistanis to ask the president through their shouts and pms that there is already a party here so there's NO NEED to waste NATIONAL MONEY for making a party.If however, he wants to make a party for himself. He should use his own money and not the national money. Similarly I request the congressmen to vote NO to the law proposal. If however, law is passed we would expect from our president that he returns the 20 gold to the state treasury and make a party with his own gold if he wants and of course he is welcome to join PDP as is everyone else.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
