First a little bit about me: I'm from Poland, my account is pretty new here, but I have
more than 3 years experience in game, that was almost the same like e-sim (I'm not saying
name of the game, but who was/is playing it, should know what I mean). I never made any carrier
in my country there, so I was looking for my chance in smaller countries. More than half of year
I was congressman (mostly for China, in other countries they didn't like my ideas). I don't want to
be king of Peru, I'm not the type of leader, I'm not genius. One person can't do nothing in games like
that. I want to have my part in creating good working country.I don't have big chances for that in my country
(to many older players), Peru is new world, new chances, new chalenges. I want to spend my time, and use my
knowledge to help this country. Everyone says that we don't have chances, but I believe we can do it. Only thing
is to believe in it, and work for it.
You can't lie yourself. Peru will not be the strongest country in this world.
We have 30 days, to catch up countries with 220 days experience. Situation of Peru
for now looks like that:
War: We have two strong neighbours, Argentina and Brazil could crush us in no time.
It would be good, to make alliance with at least one of them (I don't know how situation
in real looks like, but if you don't like your neighbours in rl, it doesn't matter here,
there are many countries fighting against their friends from rl, and with enemies). You should
also look for ally that have regular fights, fighting is the best way to develop your account.
Malaysia is already fighting. It would be good to take part in the world biggest conflict right now.
Of course I would like it very much to see you on the same side, that Poland is (That will mean against
Brazil). But like Tony Montana said "My balls and my word is all I have" and I will not turn back from Peru
if you decide to do something else. I'm not going to attack Poland, but if Peru will be attacked by one of
allies I will help (I'm not soldier that will change result of fight, I'm just saying how it looks for me).
Take over: I think risk is smaller, thanks to citizenships and rule that says you can't steal from gouverment accounts (Group of players from my country did that to Peru in other game like that). But it's still exists. I think
you should make some limits for new citizens from each country. Biggest danger for you, it's fact, that you speak very popular language, and everyone who speak spanish can say that he is from Peru. My idea is to create group (or members of congress should do that before giving citizenship), to "catch" candidates online and ask them question, that only real peruvians could answer, they need to be online to avoid using google to look for answers, and you should start from players with high levels, because it will take some time.
Development: It's easy, without new citizens you will die. Invite friends, spam other websites. Do whatever it takes to grow your country, no other way to survive here. Every baby boom takes more death accounts, than usefull players. Welcoming message for begginers should be short, on beggining it should have link to gouverment site, that says that if they don't want to play game like that, they should give everything from their accounts there. If you can't have useful players, at least country will have something from them.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
