Hecatompylos is situated 350 kilometers from Tehran and 650kms. from Mashhad, where Imam Reza (A/S) the 8th. Emam is enshrined. Imam Reza´s (A/S) shrine is the cause for 20million travelers passing by our City.
Our City can provide all the necessary amenities for the pilgrims and travelers. It is our intention to construct a City encompassing all modernity, but with its roots in the Parthian Empire. The aims of designers are to comply with all regulations applicable to a modern City. Providing the latest techniques will add to the comfort of its residents. Gardens, public parks, greeneries are all present in great numbers to make our City a green one.
The vicinity of the Capital of the Parthian Empire lend to this region and aura of the rich Iranian history. Hecatompylos is also a center for commerce and recreation.
Ambling, mountaineering, rowing and swimming make our center an ideal place for all kinds of tourism.
The site is situated in two separate areas: the fifty hectare which is adjacent to Shahid-Shahcheraghi lake and is designated for villas, a sport club and water sports.
The two hundred fifty hectare, situated by he high way to city of Sari, encompasses many different types of buildings: we can name a few which are three Towers known as Mirfakhra, Kourosh and Daroush. Within these towers there are residential apartments, offices, commercial centers, heath clubs, hospital , cultural centers, entertainments and sports, different types of restaurants, etc. The land designated to Mirfakhra tower is 30 hectares and to the two towers each 10 hectares.
A commercial center of 240000 square meter with the necessary parking will make this city a major commercial center. Two exhibition centers each 30000 square meters will permit the display of all types of articles ranging from paintings and books to cars and clothes.
An aqua park, amusement center for children a health club and villas add to the varieties of the City.
This highway is known as Cheshmeh-Ali for it passes through the village of cheshmeh-Ali.
Cheshmeh-Ali was a summer recreational center for the GhajarKings. It possesses two very simple but beautiful houses with magnificent garden representing the best of Ghajar architecture.
These two houses are one of the few Ghajar buildings still in existence.
Hecatompylos is located 7 kilometers from Damghan .
The local residence of this area refer to this region as Ahovano .
Ahovano is infact the name of a peak of mountain and is near to the 50 hectare plot. The climate of Ahovano is known throughout as inducive to longevity and good health.

Damghan is a University city with more than 16000 pupils coming from outside Damghan. It is also a research center for pistachio and other agricultural products. It also possesses Telescopes for viewing and studying heavenly bodies.

These companies specialize in construction of hotels, residential, offices and urban developments.
Mr. Mirfakhraei is also the chairman of Yekan Investment Group and has so far selected Archtime of Florence, Italy to act as the consultant for Mirfakhra Tower.

Yekan Investment Group is also negotiating with foreign consultant for design Kourosh and Diroush Tower.
Yekan Investment Group has selected an Iranian contracting firm to construct the villas and commercial centers.
Works have commenced on this project.
Damghan region is one of centers producing pesteh. KN Group, a Swiss engineering firm developed the conceptual drawings.
Spanish, British, Polish, and Italian architects were invited to put their ideas on drawing sheets. Archtime of Italy was the eventual the winner. The shape of pesteh was retained with two outside shelves and a central core. The final drawings make this tower the second highest structure built ever and the largest area of a complex find anywhere in the world.
A building of this nature requires the latest Technology available to mankind. Hence Japanies, Europeans and Koreans suppliers are involved in design of this complex

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
