但僅有構想是不夠的，行動才是連結理想與現實的橋樑。
因此，撰寫本文，介紹台灣地理，分析地緣政治，研究台灣高鐵經濟發展的可能性和其中的潛在風險。
在拙作《e-sim 经济系统分析》 中，鄙人對 e-sim 的經濟系統進行了分析。作出了以下論斷：“e-sim 中最重要的战略资源（消耗量大，在战争中起到决定性作用）主要有三种，分别是：Grain, Diamonds, Iron。其中，消耗量最大，具备可成长性的关键战略资源是 Iron。”。因此，台灣澎湖高鐵具有極其重要的戰略地位。
下面，讓我們看看台灣的地理環境。
台灣地處亞洲東部，太平洋西岸。在 Penghu 擁有 e-sim 世界最為關鍵的高鐵資源（綠色所示）。
Penghu 四面環海，僅與 Kaohsiung 通航，地理位置優越，宜本國固守，不利他國殖民。
首都 Taipei 經海路與印尼控制下的韓國高鉆 Jeolla 相接，中部 Western Taiwan 直通大陸首都 East China，南部 Kaohsiung 則與印尼 Kalimantan 相連。
台灣周邊的國家有 sChina，sIndonesia，sRussia，sSouth Korea。
其中，sSouth Korea 小國寡民，不足道哉。
而 sChina，sIndonesia，sRussia 都對 sTaiwan 有著舉足輕重的影響。
sChina 作為 sTaiwan 的同胞國家，在台灣複國等歷史事件上給了我們極大的支持，是我們最堅實的盟友。但與此同時，sTaiwan 外交上對 sChina 具有很大依附性，在 sChina 退出 Alpha 后，我們也站在了 Alpha 聯盟的對立角度，受到 Alpha 的巨大威脅。
sIndonesia 是世界名列前茅的大國強國，Alpha 核心國家，本土擁有高鐵。在取代了 sChina 在 Alpha 的地位后，在遠東地區進行了一系列殖民擴張。目前控制著印度的高麥和韓國的高鉆，從南北兩個方向包圍 sTaiwan，是我們最危險的敵人。
sRussia 也是世界前列的大國強國，Alpha 核心國家之一。雖然因其地理特性橫跨亞歐，戰略重心主要在歐洲和北美，但仍不可忽視其在亞太地區的影響力。因其缺乏本土高鐵，若美國高鐵丟失，則可能對 sTaiwan 有所圖謀，對 sTaiwan 構成潛在威脅。
由於歷史原因，台灣幾乎不具備投靠 Alpha 的可能。
在 Alpha 勢大的當下，小國寡民的 sTaiwan，缺乏強力盟友，形勢不容樂觀。
但所幸，目前 sTaiwan 周邊國家，敵對方面 sIndonesia，sRussia 都擁有了高鐵殖民地；而友方 sChina 因為軍事實力所限，又不具備租借台灣高鐵的條件。這給了 sTaiwan 一個相對安逸，但有潛在風險的國際環境。這也是 sTaiwan 國家雖小，而能與亂世之中得以保全的原因所在。
在這種環境下，台灣可以趁著外界對我們缺乏領土要求和殖民興趣的機會，適當發展本國高鐵經濟。雖然不足以徹底改變 sTaiwan 的國際地位，但可以在經濟上獲得一定的改善，為以後的軍事行動做好經濟積累。
經濟發展的前提是穩定，穩定的政府，穩定的經濟政策，穩定的國際環境。而在 Alpha 強盛的今天，處於對立位置的 sTaiwan，如颱風眼中一葉扁舟，雖暫時無恙，但一不留神就有傾覆的危險。
因此，台灣高鐵經濟發展需要謹記“適度”二字。既要發展經濟，增強我們的經濟軍事實力；又要謹慎，不要過於繁榮，讓人眼紅，使得國家蒙受侵略的風險。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
