台铁曾去电询问订包厢的蔡姓男子，但蔡男坚决否认不法，强调只是和“朋友”出游，车上纯聚会聊天。蔡男昨也出面接受媒体采访，强调“这是属于我们私人的部分”、“你要有证据”，对指控间接否认。
台铁也已经蔡男的电话及新闻剪报等交给警方，请警方协助调查。台铁也将修改客厅车租用契约，明定乘客不得有违反法令规定、公共秩序、善良风俗及有关铁路运送规定，否则铁路机构得拒绝运送或解除契约。
消息传出后，有名嘴就在政论节目上调侃台铁，既然台铁年年亏损，乾脆将台铁改装为“摩铁”，赚点外快。

台铁列车上演s爱趴，一名曾参加「痴汉电车」活动、化名「小化」的男子昨说明当天活动经过。他还说，当天还以为是要搭火车到特定地点办s爱趴，没想到就在火车上做，「我真的成了电车痴汉。」
这场1女18男S爱趴的蔡姓主办人一再对外指称，参与者仅抚摸女主角，还透过网络向参加活动者发出紧急召集令，约所有参加者昨天下午于北市西门町碰面，要统一说词，但是小化昨还原当天活动内容，与蔡男说法有出入，他说：「有一半以上跟她（女主角）发生S行为。」小化还不以为意地说：「这只是一场游戏，没必要大惊小怪。」
小雨贴文应征女主角
小化（年约25岁）、单身，一般上班族，下班后常浏览集体S爱、S爱自拍等论坛，或参加论坛办的活动。去年11、12月间，昵称relaxman于「花魁艺色馆」group广告牌发起「痴汉电车」活动，引来很多同好积极讨论和参与，但始终找不到女主角，之后一名昵称rainyfull（小雨）的女网友突然贴文表示，愿意扮演女主角。
听到「麦牙糖」就须停
小化交了800元后，还是很担心主办人会找援交女骗人，但在情人节当天小雨发文「我的一切......该怎么写」，介绍自己身高166公分、体重57公斤、胸围34F，家住台北，曾交过几个男朋友，强调自己不是援交女，而是一个喜欢做爱的女孩子。让小化对参加这次活动有了很高期待。小化表示，上周日下午2时30分，他穿西装前往台北车站北三门集合，让主办人检视手里的汇款单后，3时20分与十多名同好被带往莒光号加挂的客厅车厢内，3名男纠察负责看守前后门口、维持现场秩序。约3时30分，2名女助理发给每人保险套跟漱口水，接着主办人宣布活动开始，还说若小雨喊封关密语「麦牙糖」（周星驰电影《威龙闯天关》台词），即表示这个行为不能接受，所有人都要停止。由于广告牌上曾有人应征司机，活动前很多人都以为要搭巴士，到了才知道是搭火车，小化表示，以为是搭火车到定点转搭巴士，上火车才发现完全不是这回事，是直接在火车车厢上做，「我真的成了电车痴汉。」
刚开场众人面面相觑
小化表示，穿黑色OL（Office Lady）套装、黑丝袜的小雨，身高约170公分、体重约50公斤、中长发，不像她在网络自述的体重有57公斤那么重，起初她站在前段座位区走道上，大家坐在座位上面面相觑、一脸尴尬，主办人带头示范抚摸、挑逗小雨，她假装拒绝一下，接着不到5分钟，即有人抚摸她。S爱趴从开始到最后都在进行着，由于火车行驶时一直晃动，过程中有人屁股被撞到，也有人脚被踩到，小雨从走道被移到座位上。过程中，小雨从未喊过「麦牙糖」，只有一次她被踩到脚，痛得大叫：「啊！」主办人立刻喊暂停，确认她的状况无碍后才继续。由于大家都挤在座位区，又窄、又热，快到新竹站时，有人把小雨抱至餐厅的桌上，此时主办人提醒快到终点，要大家准备整装，但仍有人继续。
抵竹南打包秽物带走
小化表示，当火车抵达竹南站后，大家西装笔挺、若无其事般集体出站，保险套、卫生纸等全由工作人员打包带走，并没有丢在现场，主办人和大家宣布活动圆满结束，大家就各自离去。隔天小雨发表「五味杂陈的电车行」文章，感谢大家参与，强调自己对「痴汉电车」剧情没任何幻想，主要是看到该活动发起那么久都无法成行，不想让主办人被看衰，也要让所有参加的人圆梦，才挺身而出。小化说，他并不清楚女主角有没有拿钱，但事后有人po文质疑主办人声明大家交的800元是买保险套、矿泉水与漱口水的费用，不过扣除客厅车厢包厢费、车资、漱口水，「保险套哪有可能那么贵！」

Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
