这篇小文本来昨天就该发的，结果昨天早上写完之后一直忙，下午公司断网，所以悲剧地今天重新写。
首先，想告诉大家一个好消息，EC的又一个新军团“Zodiac（生肖）” 于day161正式成立，目前招人中。
开军团的事情之前考虑过挺长时间，考虑到管理军团需要比较多的时间因此一直拖着。但后来看着EC春节期间惨遭灭国，又有这么多新人在shout里喊着需要进军团，所以我最后决定还是应该站出来做点事。
之所以取“生肖”这个名字，是因为这本来就是非常传统的中国文化，每个中国人都很清楚自己的属相，而老外却搞不懂并觉得这很酷，曾经跟几个老外聊过关于生肖的事情，老外们都觉得很新奇，就好象我们听老外说巫毒教说萨满教也会觉得很酷一样。
况且Zodiac是Z字开头，点查找军团然后最后一页就是了，可能也比较方便。
哦，忘了说了，Zodiac在西方人看来就是十二星宫。
说完生肖军团的由来，现在说一下军团规划。
考虑到很多新人并没有多少钱，直接让新人们投资进军团可能会打消很多人的积极性，因此我考虑的是用集资的方式跨过军团前期一穷二白的阶段。
尽可能地让新人以最低的费用5G进团，比较积极活跃的甚至可以免费入团，参与军垦。我已经把我自己的1个Q4麦厂和1个Q3面包厂直接投入到军团帐下，因此初期各位不用担心每日口粮问题。
如果在一周内可以招募到30人以上，那么目前大约需要筹集440G启动资金，考虑建2个Q4采集，2个Q1武器，再加上20G左右流动资金。
因此手头有闲钱的各位大佬们，可以直接投资到我这里，利率目前考虑是月息20%，两月息45%。【day180已暂时停止这种利息的贷款，新利息为15%/月，35%/两月】
如果计算没错的话，1个月之内可以还清最初的440G并有部分盈余，2个月之后“生肖”将会有2～3个Q5厂，3～4个Q4厂，3个月之后升级为精英军团，形成战斗力，并且每日提供所有团员至少50枪所需要的物资，在关键战役中能全团使用高级武器，而且有长期发展的潜力。
说完军团规划，再来说下军团要求。
1，任意情况下，不得向EC开火！尽可能不向盟友开火，不打反。
2，必须是能熟练使用中文的人，如果沟通都成问题，那我觉得可能会有影响。
3，必须参与军垦，每日尽量上线双击一次。
4，在能力范围内，参与军团战斗和各类活动。
5，加Q群213528266，可能的话，保持在Q群，毕竟这是最方便快捷的联络方式。
最后，说一下生肖军团福利。
1，每天换日（北京时间早7点）两小时内，我会给每个人发当天的物资，至少是10个面包，视战斗情况决定是否发放武器、机票和礼物。
2，稳定军垦的所有人员，会视产值情况以股权方式计算入内，也就是说，军团的所有资产将会是大家的。
3，据说“生肖”有软妹子。。。还有基佬。。。额，好这一口的自己到群里了解吧 ^_^

今天是DAY185，生肖军团运作情况良好，已经有固定成员32人，预备成员1人，并有数人PM报名中
目前考虑到的军团发展规划有了新的一个方向，就是预备队制度。
如果生肖第一梯队招满50人，那么未来会开设一个生肖预备队，作为第一梯队的补充人员。这个人员情况视活跃度而定，活跃程度相对低的会被建议去预备队，而活跃程度高的会优先进第一梯队。
第一梯队会尽快升级成为精英军团，预备队将视情况决定是否升级。
第一梯队和预备队，股权分配方式完全相同！预计将来的区别只受到活跃度和力量（1000力量要求）的影响！

生肖商业规划（续1）
目前按照规划来计算，50人满员的军团，第一期将会有3个Q4采集厂，2个Q5制造厂，1个Q3武器厂
还有若干在外招工的低级厂
Q4采集3个，7人/厂，包括麦子，铁，钻石
Q5制造2个，9～10人/厂，包括面包，礼物
Q3武器厂1个，5人/厂，制造高级武器，只针对重要战场，将来可能会升级到Q5，9～10人
Q1机票厂1个，1～2人，或者外招
预计，面包只能满足每人一天5个包子，50人满员的情况下，因此考虑开预备队。
如果有预备队，按照预备队20人计算，可以增加3个厂，这样就基本完全实现自给自足，多余的产值可以换作Q1武器作战。
Q5面包1个，9～10人
Q4铁或者麦子1个，7人
Q4油或者麦子1个，7人

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
