Άρχισε να πέφτει η νύχτα και μια και δεν μπορούσε να βρει το δρόμο της στο σκοτάδι, ζήτησε καταφύγιο σε μια σπηλιά που είδε εκεί κοντά. Αλλά, φανταστείτε την έκπληξή της, όταν μπαίνοντας μέσα βρήκε να κάθεται στο βάθος της ένα λιοντάρι. Τρομοκρατήθηκε και έμεινε ακίνητη για μια στιγμή, αλλά μετά μαζεύοντας όλο το θάρρος της, αναλογίστηκε τι θα μπορούσε να κάνει για να σωθεί. "Αν προσπαθήσω να τρέξω," σκέφτηκε, "το λιοντάρι θα με πιάσει, αλλά αν δείξω γενναιότητα και τσαμπουκά απέναντί του, ίσως καταφέρω να επιβιώσω."
Έτσι, περπάτησε με αναίδεια προς το μέρος του λιονταριού, χωρίς να δείξει το παραμικρό ίχνος φόβου. Το λιοντάρι την κοίταξε καλά, την κοίταξε και την ξανακοίταξε, αλλά δεν ήξερε τι να υποθέσει σχετικά με το θάρρος αυτής της συνηθισμένης γίδας, που δεν έμοιαζε με καμιά άλλη της φυλής της, αφού ούτε μία απ' αυτές δεν τόλμησε ποτέ να το πλησιάσει. Τελικά σκέφτηκε ότι αυτή δε θα μπορούσε να είναι γίδα, αλλά κάποιο άλλο παράξενο ζώο, που δεν ξαναείδε ποτέ.
"Ποια είσαι, γριά μου;" ρώτησε με ευγένεια.
"Είμαι η βασίλισσα των γιδιών," απάντησε, "Είμαι λάτρης του θεού Σίβα, και έχω πάρει όρκο να καταβροχθίσω εκατόν τίγρεις, είκοσι πέντε ελέφαντες και δέκα λιοντάρια προς τιμήν του. Έχω ήδη φάει τις εκατόν τίγρεις και τους είκοσι πέντε ελέφαντες και τώρα αναζητώ τα δέκα λιοντάρια."
Το λιοντάρι έγινε εξαιρετικά ανήσυχο ακούγοντας τα λόγια της γίδας, και πιστεύοντας ότι όντως αυτή ήρθε για να τον καταβροχθίσει, γλίστρησε έξω από τη σπηλιά λέγοντας σα δικαιολογία ότι ήθελε να πλύνει το πρόσωπό του στο ποτάμι.
Καθώς έσπευσε να απομακρυνθεί, συνάντησε ένα τσακάλι, που βλέποντας το βασιλιά των ζώων πανικόβλητο, τον ρώτησε τι συμβαίνει.
Το λιοντάρι μίλησε στο τσακάλι με λίγα λόγια για τη συνάντησή του μ' ένα παράξενο ζώο, που μοιάζει πολύ με γίδα, αλλά που δεν έχει κανένα ίχνος απ' τη δειλία της τελευταίας.
Το τσακάλι ήταν πολύ έξυπνο. Σύντομα μάντεψε ότι εκείνο που προκάλεσε όλο αυτό το σαματά ήταν απλά μια δυστυχής γριά γίδα. Και προσπάθησε να πείσει γι' αυτό το λιοντάρι, λέγοντάς του ότι όλη τούτη η ιστορία ήταν ένα κόλπο που εμπνεύστηκε ένα αδύναμο γέρικο ζώο, ώστε να σώσει το τομάρι του.
"Άντε, μάζεψε το θάρρος σου και έλα μαζί μου πίσω στη σπηλιά σου, και φτιάξε στον εαυτό σου ένα γεύμα απ' αυτήν την υποκρίτρια," εισηγήθηκε.
Το λιοντάρι ακολούθησε τη συμβουλή και επέστρεψε στη σπηλιά με το τσακάλι.
Μόλις η γριά γίδα είδε το λιοντάρι να επιστρέφει, κατάλαβε ότι το πονηρό τσακάλι, που ήταν μαζί του, ήταν υπεύθυνο γι' αυτή την εξέλιξη. Αλλά δεν έχασε το κουράγιο της. Περπάτησε προς το μέρος τους και, υιοθετώντας μια αξιοπρεπή στάση, είπε στο τσακάλι:
"Μ' αυτό τον τρόπο ακολουθείς τις διαταγές μου; Σ' έστειλα για να μου φέρεις δέκα λιοντάρια για να τα φάω όλα μαζί, και μου έφερες μόνο ένα. Θα σε γδάρω γι' αυτή σου την αμέλεια!"
Μόλις το λιοντάρι άκουσε αυτά τα λόγια, σκέφτηκε ότι προδόθηκε από το τσακάλι, κι έτσι του ρίχτηκε με φοβερή οργή και το καταβρόχθισε. Στο μεταξύ, η γίδα, κατάφερε να γλιστρήσει έξω από τη σπηλιά και έτσι να γλυτώσει απ' τα σαγόνια του λιονταριού.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
