1)LIGHTHOUSE
The concept of guiding ships safely to the port by using light as a signal was introduced by the Greeks, who built the first lighthouse in Alexandria, Egypt, in 3rd century B.C. At night, a huge fire was built atop the lighthouse — allowing ship crew a clear idea of the approaching coastline.
2)ODOMETER
Mechanical odometers were used in the late Hellenistic times to measure distances traveled by a vehicle. Odometers were first described by Vitruvius in 27 B.C. and it is believed that Archimedes was its inventor sometime around the First Punic War (264 B.C.-241 B.C.).
3)ROBOT
Crazy though it might sound, but ancient Greek mathematician and scientist Archytas indeed invented a wooden pigeon that used compressed steam to function and was capable of flying 656 to 984 feet (200 to 300 meters) at a time.
4)MEDICINE
In the ancient world, it was believed that diseases were god’s punishment for humans. However, Hippocrates of Cos busted the myth by holding experiments that proved diseases were results of reaction of the body to germs. He is often referred to as the father of western medicine and the Hippocratic Oath is one of his lasting legacies.
5)ALARM CLOCK
The key to reaching workplace on time for most of us, the alarm clock, too, had its origin in ancient Greece. They were mechanical and quite basic though. The ancient Greeks used water clocks, which would sound off delicate water organs or made pebbles drop against drums.
6)MAPS
Modern maps were introduced by ancient Greeks, before which traveling guides were vague and a lot more descriptive. Greek Anaximander was the first one to conceptualize the idea of latitude and longitude and draw maps on the basis of that. Later, other Greeks like Eratosthenes and Strabo created maps spanning the world.
7)CITIZENSHIP
Ancient Athenians shaped the concept of citizenship. To be a citizen, a man had to be born to Athenian parents, complete military service and take part in jury service. From the citizens, the government representatives were chosen. Women, however, were not allowed to participate in public life.
8)GEOMETRY
Though geometric techniques were known to the ancient Egyptian, Babylonian and Indus Valley people, it were the ancient Greeks who established the geometric facts by deductive reasoning. Thales of Miletus, Pythagoras, Euclid and Archimedes gave a number of geometric axioms and rules based on mathematical truths, which are still taught in schools today.
9)TRIAL BY JURY
Ancient Athens was the original home of the modern trial by jury. The jurors had to be Athenian citizens and over 30 years of age; there could up to 500 members in a jury to ensure that it was impossible to bribe the majority. The tradition of ensuring a day's pay to each member also originated in ancient Greece.
10)DEMOCRACY
Countries that reap the advantages of their democratic governments have the ancient Greeks to thank. To save ancient Athenians from the economic, political and social problems created by the rich minority, lawmaker Solon introduced a government system already in vogue in Sparta, which allowed the Athenians the right to vote, and their assembly the ability to elect officials and pass laws.

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
