Today I'm here to announce you the born of a new Stock Company: the Conclave Corporate.
I've decided to start this project 9 months ago, when I became CEO of this Stock Company, as the previous CEO,
KarlWolFF , had left Suna. I've taken this decision because the SC was empty and it was (in a way) my fault: when my account got hacked in May 2016, the hacker also wasted everything that was inside the SC.
In those 9 months, I've designed an huge long term project that involves Conclave Corporate , and the main goal of that is just one and simple: making Gold
After this little presentation, before boring you with the rules, I'd like to show you how the value of Stock Company changed during the last months.
Budget analysis
As it can be seen from the graph below, the Stock Company has increased his value of more or less 700
Gold , since Day 1475 (9th October 2017).
Furthermore, as the number of shares is 4300 and the total value is 4798.694 Gold , the dividend that is being paid in Day 1480 (today), amounts to:
4798.694 - 4300 = 498.69 Gold
Rules and information

Value of shares will be calculated not using value given by E-Sim, as it is bugged, but using #SuTrade's prices.
All the possessions of the Stock Company will be recorded in this Google Doc , available to everyone.
This file will be updated at least every month, usually the 4th day of the month.
In the columns on the right, there are the assets that have been recorded since the beginning of the Stock Company: the older will be on the farthest right, while the newest will be the first from the left.
In the columns on the left, there are the prices and value of all the products.
The Total Shares digit is equivalent to the Goal Value.
There is also another page where you can find a Graph that shows the growth of the Stock Company.

Every share will be valued 1 Gold . Dividends will be paid every 5th day of the month. Their amount will be obtained subtracting the Stock Company's value calculated through the Google Doc and the Goal Value of the Stock Company.

Every 5th day of the month, the CEO will publish an article in which progresses, dividends and new goals of the Stock Company during that month will be shown and issued.
During the same day, new shares will be put on sale (100 per time) at a price of 1.5 Gold each. Once the issued shares are sold, new ones will be issued again (100 per time).
This happens because E-Sim allows to sell shares only at an higher or equal value of the value that is giver by E-Sim: so if a share is worth 1.10 Gold , it is impossible to sell them at 1 Gold . That's why the price of every share is of 1.5 Gold instead of 1 Gold , and the difference between the two digits will be used for short term investments and will be paid as dividend.

If anyone wants to leave the Stock Company, the CEO will buy its shares at a price of 1 Gold each.

The CEO is allowed to take products from the Stock Company for free, so he can sell them through contracts.
Once they are accepted, he will immediately donate the earnings to the Stock Company.
At this point, it is everything up to you.
I've shown you how the Stock Company Conclave Corporate will work and I've shown you that it will be a great economical project that will give benefits to everyone who will take part to it.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. Its creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
